This workout always gives me THE BEST STATS ever. Nothing else elevates my HR so much, I end up with average HR of 155 and max HR of 175, massive calories burned. I do not understand why it works so well fro me as I love all other Cathe high impact videos . I think it is music and moves combo that gets me so revved up and high. This is my forever favorite.

I adore Cathe's dvd's and they rev up the heart no matter what workout you do. The only thing I would change would be in regards to the step, building up to the changes in a step work out would be far more beneficial than just throwing moves in at the very beginning. I have been working out for over 20 years and the best workouts were the ones where the trainer would start with one move and keep adding on rather than adding something unfamiliar right off the bat, even if we watch the dvd before hand it can be a bit frustrating. Other than that comment, Cathe really does some awesome work.
I just find my new favourite cardio besides Tabatacise! Wow! I don’t know why I waited so long to do this one. The last portion of Step Max is so hard my legs were failing me! I am always amazed how creative and great Cathe is! No idea how she can come up with so many great moves. Also was great to see Cedie! I really miss her seeing in the new workouts I hope she is doing ok! Also someone mentioned that Jai looks so happy during this workout but can we mention the perfect forms from Amanda!? Wow! All of these ladies are great and possibly bionic! 🙃😅 Ps: also burned 580 calories that is great!
Actually, yes! There is a premix with the hiit intervals and bootcamp if you don't have a step. That's what I did for awhile until I could purchase a step.
