I love this DVD, and the body max 2 and low impact circuit! Because u can donthe cocuits with weights or choose the cardio sections and the music is so fun and the choreography is fun as well! I wish she would do more step!! And good music! I'd pay more for quality music like this

She's truly the fitness world's best kept secret, even though she was voted FitTV's Favorite Fitness Program, and dubbed The Queen of Fitness! She and her crew make it look so easy, but be ready to work your ass off..literally! And the music is THE SHIT! i hope she has diet tips, too!

Have you tried Lean Body Blaster? (look for it on google) It is a quick way for you to burn calories fast.
