I have rotated Cathe's workouts for the last year. I have gone from a size 16 to a size 8. The great thing is with her workouts and a reasonable diet (I still eat fried chicken or pizza on weekends) I have managed to do this. I do Muscle Endurance, Power Hour, Boot Camp, Kick Punch and Crunch, Push Pull, and several core workouts. Just an hour a day helped the fat go away! Thanks Cathe!
Omg! I just did this one and it’s so hard! This is not for the faint hearted! Wow! I workout with Cathe for over 2 years one and I never really have to take a break but with this one! The cardio portions are superb and extremely exhausting! The workout is so well planned! Wow! Love Cathe so much! Thank you so much!!!
Best Workout..EVER! Superior cardio - I don't know HOW she was able to talk through it all! Killer abs - Mine are STILL hummin'! 8O My work is cut out for me..for a while! Tony Horton, Body For Life, The Navy Seals, Jillian..ALL could learn a thing or two from Cathe's Boot Camp! ALL HAIL THE QUEEN OF FITNESS!
Wow! There's actually MORE to this workout??? This explains why I could only count 6 circuits. In my version (STILL a great workout!), taped from FitTV, a hodge-podge of exercises from circuits 4, 5, and 7 (the remainder of which I'm only seeing here for the 1st time) were edited into 2 circuits (one that Cathe introduced as circuit 4, the other - circuit 5 or 6? - was NOT introduced by a circuit#), and cut out all of the 6th circuit! Much respect, Cathe! Boot Camp's EVEN TOUGHER than I thought!
