That is actually not true. 1. That's a matter conditioning and a personal preference 2. You're less likely to fatigue, as your muscles are well warmed up and your blood is already providing a lot of the energy needed. Besides that, you'll burn energy more efficient. 3. EPOC is higher doing cardio first 4. Psychologically, cardio is a lot harder if you lift weights beforehand Better to research before you claim, imo
The only thing about this series is that it's probably better to do the weight workout BEFORE the cardio workout, in that, as it is now: (1) your likely to be a bit winded by the time you start pumping weights, and (2) you're more likely to experience muscle fatigue before the completion of the strength training. Principle: Pump-Then-Blow.
