Don't forget to put a round tube thing under your back near your butt and lay on it for a half hour. Dr Berg says it will probably hurt and you'll have to start out with maybe a few minutes and work up to a half hour. That will reshape your spine and bring it back to how it was shaped when you were in your early twenties.

I am a truck driver as well, I threw my back out a year ago and havent been able to work since. Got the MRI, the only solution offered by a Dr I can see is getting shots in my back. I have been taking d3-k2 for years, Its obviously not kidney stones, the stretching and exercise does nothing but I'm also stuck at home with my now 17 month old and never can do things like that very often without someone crawling all over me. In the past couple weeks all of my pain has come back, I can't extend my right leg past my pelvis while walking very well and I can't lift anything. I can't get physical therapy, I can't get surgery, my healthcare is worthless, the Drs don't care. If I tell them about anything I research it's just "useless videos on the internet," to them because every Dr knows everything only in person. I'm at a dead end with all of this. I have no idea what to do and I cannot provide for my family or do anything. It's aweful. Watching these videos anymore is just wishful thinking.

Great info and great suggestions, but I was thrown off by 30,000 IU of vitamin D? That is 3,750% RDA of a fat soluble vitamin (Bioactive vitamin D or calcitriol is actually a steroid hormone) and that can be quite toxic. Do you mean to load at 30,000 for a few days then back off to about 5,000? Again - from all of the research I have done about vitamin D, that is way too much as a daily dosage. I take 5,000 IUs and my blood results show optimum levels.

ANYONE WHO HAS BACK PAIN READ THIS. I dealt with persistent back pain every day for 12 months. Tried many exercises, heat rubs, anti inflammatory meds etc nothing worked.. In the end I found a manageable solution. Go to an overhead bar, a low tree branch anywhere you can hang like a monkey would. Try and relax your body as much as you can while hanging. You only need to hang for 20 seconds.. Do this once a day and then you'll find after a few days you only need to do it once a week and now I do it about once every 2 weeks and my pain now is about a 0.5/10.. So I went from a persistent daily pain of 5/10.. Seriously it was crippling at times.. To something I barely notice unless I'm tieing shoe laces. I hope this helps.

And I use 2-3 cans of it in big salads with apple cider vinegar or lemon juice. Per week. Now it is close to impossible to get burned skin, doesn’t matter how long I’m under the sun.
