Hey I remember delivering this Tesla to you, it still looks as good as it did on my flatbed which I still have a picture of :)
Nice video. You would think the premier "flagship sedan" would come with powered frunk. I'll be ordering a similar kit for my S. 👍
Right? Always surprised they never put it on there. But fortunately it's an easy mod to do.
You could've just used the first new strut to hold the hood up for you instead of your head, but to each their own... 😅
It's always more fun to just use your head.
If you remove the nose cone it is a straight shot to the 10mm bolts, Then you can use a 10mm socket with an extension
Extended Epic Music that certainly makes it sound easier. I should probably look in to how to remove the nose cone.
@@JoeMartinMVC it is pretty easy. I keep a plastic pry tool in the center console in case I need to jump the 12v battery
@@extendedepicmusic5017 Fair point. I just went out and was able to remove it pretty easily. That definitely would've made life easier. lol

Extended Epic Music is it not closing or not latching?
I had to adjust the latch a few times to get it to fully latch.
can you post a link of where to get your kit?
I received it as a gift and I can't seem to find it directly from TeslaOffer (They may have discontinued it), however I've been told that the EVOffer kit is almost identical:
