Thanks! I wish direct tv would issue out better remote controls.

The green light doesn't work when I push mute/select at the same time, but I can change channels with the numbers all except the number 6. Guide and Menu doesn't work as well.
My brand of tv not pulling up now what do I do???? Can u help me out.

Reset the remote and change batteries. Nothing wrong but audio
You will need to reprogram your remote with your TV or Receiver.

I,had the same problem with my old dish 54.1 remote no buttons will not work. Expect I could get the guide to come up the Backlight buttons would stay on. I would have to take a battery out of the remote and put it back in, then the remote would not work again. You’d have to squeeze the remote.”
