This was incredible for a short class. ALL of Patricks around-30 minute classes feel COMPLETE and still challenging, with just a taste of sweating, stretches, unique flows, and breathwork, without feeling ‘mellow’.
Yup, you nailed it again. It feels so incredibly self loving to go through these routines, guided and encouraged by your soft deep voice. I’m deeply grateful for how these videos have inspired me to step up and face menopausal changes to my body with courage. I now feel stronger and fitter than I have since I was in my late 20’s. Still cant do the handstands, but the push ups and other exercises for arm strength are starting to feel much better. Thank you.

I especially liked this routine. I continue to persevere on building leg and arm strength. I am working on balance using tree pose but it is fun to watch how you move with ease through your handstands. During the back bend segment I attempted the first time but did not feel confident to allow my head to be rise. Second time thru I just did it! I raised my head for maybe 3 seconds, but I did it! Thank you for bringing love and compassion to the mat.
Every time I finish one of these I can't stop raving about how incredible my body feels afterwards. You truly have such a grasp on your personal understanding of the body, the way you flow into different movements that feel *perfect* after the prior move is just amazing.
I did this flow two days ago. This is a difficult flow with a lot of options and I enjoyed it. But in the evening my feet remembered the lesson. For two days I could not walk because my muscles of my feet were caught. I'll go back, but this is a flow I will not do again. Thank you so much for enabling me to see my own boundaries.

Your practices have this way of bringing me in like no other (via internet no less ;) . sending so much love and gratitude your way. ❤️that downward dog about 15 mins in! I felt that deeper connection and the openness yet softness to adjust. This class is the whole package. It's rich in many aspects and the inclusion of breath work, lately for me, is greatly received, thank you 😊

Oh wow! I already knew halfway through, that this is going to be my new favourite practice! I did half moon instead of handstand, which was really nice! And then i FINALLY did crow pose for at least one second! I was so happy! First time in my life and it felt so easy, it felt like coming home. Realy enjoying these on the weekends. Instead of the handstand I did a headstand (it's the inverse pose I can easyly put in the mix) with an L shape on each side. Thank you as always ❤️🙏✨

Depending on the mindset I’m in which I’ve learned which one these I can hold space for in a way that fulfills so much within mind and body in a connective way. This practice at the end you share how something has shifted..and when ever I do do this practice that statement resonates deep within. Thank you

Thank you for the amazing practice, I feel really good after doing this. I was wondering how I can get my knee to the point where I can touch my opposite tricep from down dog, let alone my opposite collarbone. I struggle to even get my knee to touch my chest, is there a good way to improve my mobility for this?

And, non, Crow is not the first arm balance that I learned (or maybe I tried to learn it but didn't succeed !!), actually the first one I did without pain was tittibhasana. Now I'm able to do side crows (both sides), but still not crow. And, as you perfectly said, I can live without practising handstand/headstand :-D Namaste
Thanks for this one, although i always find challenging some postures but after your practices i kind of feel renewed, to be honest , i'm not capable to make a handstand or the last arch (yet) but i enjoyed all the journey!
Thanks Patrick. I really love your backhanding classes because I just don't seem to have space for beautiful open backbends in my spine, and somehow, you always help me to find it! Is there any specific recommendation from your practice for us that struggle with backbends! Also just got myself a nice Commune Yoga month!
welcome to the commune crew! back bends are so unique for all of us. finding your space is a something well worth exploring, begin to notice where you move from (hips, shoulders, spine) and try to understand how those open heart positions!
