I really appreciate that you didn’t cut the intro from your final edit. Have been doing your videos for years now, so didn’t expect it not to cut to you sitting on your mat. The class was also not what I thought it would be. There are a few interesting ideas I have not encountered before. It was something different, even though it was a lot of the same. Overall a very fun class that I will do again.

3,5 months after giving birth to child #2, I'm getting back into my asana practice. Hips are super tight, pelvis and core still a bit weak, arms and legs strong. Practicing feels so different than before, but I'm not judging, just observing and exploring. This class was perfect for this exploration. Thanks so much, Patrick!

I started watching your videos two weeks ago, starting with a lot of the beginner videos that were only 20-something minutes long. This was my first challenge to myself to do one 30+ minutes long and boy are my legs jiggly xD It felt good to sweat though, and I'm proud of myself.
Every week it's like being given a present 😃 I struggle with dolphin pose but this class was fun and very centring. My hips and shoulders feel connected 🙏🏼 thank you kindly 🙏🏼🌟

Strong - challenging and effin' fun. Loved pulling through the 3 legged DD to Up Dog - that makes ya feel like a champ if it hits right. Felt super strong in the legs and got that foundational confidence in a good spot. Thanks for sharing the creative flows Patrick.. Hope your leg feels better :)

3rd time through this sesh - finally getting stable on forearms n floating knee positions w/transition to straight arm movements. Love the strength feeling of those positions in combination with the side opening positions - the flow was easy to connect to and build with. All great stuff Patrick - I continue to appreciate your generosity of by sharing your practice here for us!

I like Patrick's Flows and have done alot of them and I understand he likes to uses non-traditional poses and transitions however I did not find the transitions 'smooth' at all. I literally paused the video to make sure I clicked the smooth flow. The transitions felt awkward to me and did not gel the postures together well imo.
your opinion is very valid, the thing I love about the practice is that it is personal and based on perspective. what is easy for you is hard for me and vis-versa. each practice whether you love it or not gives you a framework for techniques that work for you, it is information into your own consciousness!
