i thought i was pretty advanced, breezing through Insanity Max 30 and other hiit workouts, but needing some more intensity and being very constrained for time, this workout hit the spot - perfect amount of time (that flew by) and had me drenched and panting! thank you.
Whewwww. I made it till just one min left and had to stop. I lift weights 3 days a week, but I'm 44 and have had 10 kids. I really need some cardio. This was perfect
Not to brag or anything, but I do this as a 10 yr old every day and this was a little hard in the mid but at the end I honestly didn’t feel anything.(no cap)
You forget the last two excercises in section one! Mountain climbers and Reverse lunges are only twice, all others are three! That means this is just a 19 minutes workout 🙈

HOWEVER, terrible..poo poo.. elementary level production & video editing. 1) missing exercises after rd 1 2) the timer didn't always align (pro tip: add a buzzer sound to signify time is up!) 3) the guys always ends his set before 20 seconds (most evidently in the last 2 min round - he stopped with near 4 seconds left...) Good try but this is budget Joe The Body Coach video...
