    Excellent, I just purchased one and used it with my DIY detail rinseless . went around the car to prespray with rinesless. and did my usual rinseless with my bucket and sponge. after I was done I put away my battery operated 2 gallon sprayer and my marolex pump sprayer. this one liter solo sprayer was plenty to soak my entire Toyota camry. quick, easy and convenient.

      These are amazing and the battery charge is the biggest surprise I still have not charge it yet. It just goes like the Energizer bunny.

    Just bought the new updated version of this...Model 260 (Solo 26001 260Li Battery Pressure Sprayer). Bottle and handle are a different shape and I think the battery can be removed. Plan to use it with No Rinse Wash & Shine (diluted 31.5 oz water to 0.5 oz No Rinse) which is the 1st step of my car washing process to loosen up any dirt/dust on the surface prior to snow foaming.

      I have not tried the new version yet. Will have to try and see if it’s better or not. I know the shape seems a bit smaller.

    I'm surprised you were able to fix the spray head after dropping it. I've been using this sprayer for a couple weeks with McKee's n914 rinseless pre-soak and it works great. I was using full mist setting but after watching your video I will turn the spray pattern back a little for better coverage.

      I got to see the inner workings. LOL The spray dial just popped out. I took out the very small screws and put back together. Finding the right size alan wrench was the tough part.

    Sir good morning very much obliged for the update. I noticed after 6 months I thought something wrong with the nozzle. But the I checked the small metal ball filter end is the culprit. It’s not clogged but when I removed it again the sprayer works fine. I tried contacting solo customer service but it’s been a month no reply via 3 emails and 8 recorded messages. Stay blessed Sir 🙏🫡❤️

      Wow, that’s some not so good customer service. I have also noticed they don’t sell the model I have anymore. They went to a smaller head so have no idea if the new one is any better or not. Doesn’t seem like it is based on some reviews.

    I like my Solo unit, but I definitely prefer the CSW Electric Sprayer to this one. The Solo (at least for me) is unable to keep a constant pressurized state. After I spray a panel or a wheel, I have to unscrew the top to get it to fully pressurize before I spray the next. In all fairness, I may have a defective unit.

    • @CarsWithKeav
      @CarsWithKeav  Год назад +2

      I think possibly it is defective. I have not had pressure issues and it really isn't a pressure driven system. It pumps the liquid out instead of using air pressure. Maybe check the straw to see if it has a hole, but something is not right. Only issue I have had is you can't go beyond thinner chemicals or diluted ones. Full strength iron remover is just too thick for it. I found the exact sprayer they sell at CSW and Parks Car Care for $33 just today. I will do a review on it and the SPTA Electric foamer as well.

    • @fillflashdetailer8838
      @fillflashdetailer8838 Год назад

      @@CarsWithKeav Thanks, I'll take a look at the straw. It's odd because after I've sprayed a wheel (usually with Adam's Wheel and Tire Cleaner), it only sprays at about half strength when I move to the next wheel. I unscrew the top, air hisses out, I screw it back on, and it sprays perfectly again. I have to do that each time.

    I need one that is safe to use inside the shower, (on a caddy so I can wash my face and hair with it, when I can't afford to pay for water in my apartment) are there any that are safe enough
    to get possibly a little wet as I splash water on it a little when I'm washing my hair? ) P.S. with bungee chords or adjustable straps or ziptie on a tree branch, these would be handy for camping and still want to take quick shower with them, I just hope the plastic can handle hot water)

    • @CarsWithKeav
      @CarsWithKeav  10 месяцев назад

      It should be able to handle hot water from a house. It is sealed very well and I think it would do well with splashed water. I don’t think it would work running water on it or submerging it.

    • @CarsWithKeav
      @CarsWithKeav  Год назад

      I have not tried this before. Most I think would be too thick for this product to spray unless you diluted it down to a water like consistency.

    Will bleach destroy the components in this

    • @CarsWithKeav
      @CarsWithKeav  9 месяцев назад

      In the end bleach destroys everything if you don’t clean out the sprayer and pump. It will last a good bit though. One thing to do would be after spraying you Keav the bleach in the bottle and take the sprayer out and runs. Cup of water through it using the straw and then put back together that way the bleach won’t eat the gaskets over time.
