@@shahnulislam9897 That depends on how thick you want the foam and your soap dilution. It will not cover an entire car with a thick foam the bottle is too small. You can get full coverage if you spray just enough.
These sprayers have been working great for me, have one running All Clean and the other Rinseless Wash from DIY Detail. The intake hose is a little on the stiff side and noticed when liquid is less than 10% it works sporadically so what I do now is line up the intake hose to one of the leg nubs so that it's in line with the output nozzle after its been tightened and boom works perfectly now. I plan on replacing the hose with one from a foam cannon that has a metal ball filter and is flexible.
As someone with two apartment garages that are separated by hundreds of feet, it is always a challenge having the appropriate car detailing supplies available. In the daily driver garage it gets mostly all the older equipment but in this case I don't have two tools to spread P&S Brake Buster for a mid week clean up. This electric pump foam sprayer would definitely fill that void!
So glad I didn’t pull the trigger on the other sprayers you reviewed, this one is by far the best. Will definitely be purchasing and will definitely be using your link.
I watched the other spray foamers at the time and thought the cost or sound, spray pattern, the pressure build up etc. Was just something that didn't have me sold on them. But this one, I think we have a winner. This may be the solution to my problem. Might be able to use this in between having to set up my pressure washer. Could be maintenance washes for foam. The battery life just have me think of possibilities. Thanks for the video. I'm definitely looking more into this, already used your link and it's on my list. Will be breaking out my pressure washer soon as the weather warmed up in my area.
Nice! It’s car washing season! The spray is more than twice what I expected. Now that is mainly due to it taking longer to fill the bottle so it’s not working extra hard. All that spraying and it wasn’t even warm to the touch.
I'll just paste the comments I just typed in the Amazon return form: This thing tried to kill me, lol. I charged it, filled the first time and turned it on to air up, I walked away for a moment and heard a loud boom and the sound of the top hitting the ceiling. It literally exploded. Clearly the blow off valve didn't function to let off excess pressure. So now that I have gathered up the pieces and cleaned up the sizable mess that created, I am returning it. I ordered the SPTA model.
I just reviewed the SPTA and its my current favorite. For second there I thought your battery exploded, but for sure the relief valve had to be either faulty or the relief pressure was too high. Quality manufacturing control is lacking in a lot of these products.
@@CarsWithKeav thinking about it, there had to be two failures the pressure release valve failed and also the pressure switch on the compressor never turned it off either. It was an impressive explosion, lol.
FYI I bought this one. Very good foam and good for tires. Problem is after the second charge stopped charging the red light blinks and not charging. Requested a return and I was provided with a an address in China all address in Chinese. Obviously I am not going to go to the USPS and attempt to ship and pay shipping to return this. Oh well it was good while it lasted. manual pumping for me Cheers
That sucks, seems the defect percentage on these Chinese companies will always be higher. Almost like playing the lottery and at the price knowing it’s possible it might be a short term working product. Mine is working well, but was one of the first ones out. Wondering if anything changed in manufacturing after that.
Such a killer video bro you can tell it’s becoming such second nature to do these type of reviews for you it just seems to flow so well. This bad boy will be making its way to Canada. I’d actually argue it foams just as good if not better than the IK battery powered sprayer. Factor in price with how close it is and you have an easy winner imo
Thanks Keav! As mentioned the one in description isn’t available, but fairly easy to find others cause they’re all distinctive in color and design. Just found another listing on Amazon’s site that showed some available. I usually don’t buy if not at least sold by Amazon but taking a chance for $25 (at time of posting). Hopefully it ships and works too haha.
Just an FYI to everyone considering this foam sprayer. I picked up one and it failed after one use. I disassembled it to see what went wrong and discovered water infiltrated all the electronics. The lithium-ion battery was sitting in a pool of water so I'm lucky it didn't explode.
There was for sure a bad batch of these. The first ones like I tested all seem to still be doing well. Use mine multiple times a week without issue. Hope they correct the defects as it seems to be a higher percentage than normal.
@@paulb2995 Honestly my best guess is poor seals. I didn't find any cracks or anything unusual when I disassembled it. It just seemed like an overall poor design, that chamber where the battery and electronics sits should be completely sealed off and isolated but they aren't.
@ Mine never leaked so hopefully it’s just an issue with a few units. The bigger issue is the battery not charging anymore that many seem to be having. Ended up happening to me after 6 months. So I bought the black tinted bottle one to replace it.
Great video and option for us budget DIY guys.! I like it. Only other problem I see is how to keep internals and filters clean for longer life. I would probably empty any heavy cleaning mix I was spraying and then run a light APC mix or something through it to keep it cleaned out between uses. IMO
Great video and the timing is perfect because I am tired of manually pumping the Marolex 3000 foamer every time I want to rinse off surface dirt. I was about to order this foamer but I don't think I want to wait 4-weeks for it to ship from China. I will keep watching your videos! Cheers
@@CarsWithKeav I found your video on the IK Foam Pro 2+ and ordered all the materials. Can't wait to "build" the foamer that will be perfect for a quick wash at the self serve car wash! My Marolex foamer is a pain to use.
@@zzzzondi That build is the best option by far. You will enjoy it. IK is also releasing their own battery foamer and sprayer end of this year. Basically the IK build I showed, but with the compressor built into the bottom of the bottle.
Hey Keav! Great podcast with Matt and Josh, btw. So, just to add to the stats. I ordered from the original link and also had the customs issue so i ordered again. The canceled one arrived today. Go figure. Couple of pre use observations for you and everyone else out there: • My unit came with 2 uninstalled red filters plus 1 installed for a total of 3. • Charging was slightly an issue, or at least weird. I had it plugged in an oem samsung super fast charger with a type c to type c cable, and the indicator light would not go on. I thought my unit was bricked from the factory. Obviously, i throughly tested all over my house with different bricks and cables (including the short white one it came with) to make sure it wasn't the brick or a shorted cable. The conclusion is the unit may have issues with oem samsung super fast charging bricks with the type c input. I have no idea why.
I wonder since it only comes with a normal USB to USB C you have to use an older brick? We’re you able to find a way to charge it? So you ended up getting a free one?
@CarsWithKeav I don't know. I'm waiting on the credit card statement to see if that's indeed the case. Either way, I'll probably keep both if they perform well. I used both usb c to c and a to c with another super fast charging brick in several variations, and that was the only anomaly. I'll see if I can replicate it when the 2nd one comes in. Also, unlike the pictures, mine came with the foaming rubber piece that goes between the orifice and the straw pre installed, and it was white, not black. It's weird how Chinese products have even the smallest differences sometimes. Does your indicator light, once it has completed charging, go from steady red to just off?
@@josephc4502 From what I remember it just was no longer red. Only charged it twice so far and it’s been since the video is the last time I charged it.
@@progression_decibel I usually have Brake Buster in a separate spray bottle at 100% and apply this first when I haven't washed the car for 2 or more weeks. If only after a week I use about 60/40water. I allow 2mins for it to break down the dirt/grime/dust, then I scrub the wheels and tyres. Rinse off with pressure washer, use this portable foamer with an akaline car shampoo which I mix 20/80water and scrub/rinse again. If you plan to mix BB with water in this foamer, you'll use a lot of BB which can be expensive. I would NOT recommend filling this foamer to the top with a 50/50 dilution. Maybe use a 50/50 dilution to fill up only half of the foamer. After 2-3 washes, you'll learn what works for you. The reason I use BB in a spray bottle is I prefer to use 100% which is stronger so I believe I use less compared to mixing it 50/50 in the foamer. The two front tyres will have the most brake dust so I always use 100% BB. These are the wheels I work on first. I then dilute BB to 50/50 for the back two wheels/tyres. If I find I've poured too much BB in the spray bottle with the two back tyres remaining, I pour what I don't need back into the BB container. From guessing, I'd say I pour about 100-200ml of BB in the bottle spray at most per wash. My car is only a few months old so I don't need much even though I feel I'm quite liberal with the amount I spray per wheel. Hope this helps
I don’t trust star rated reviews normally. You get a lot of people that just don’t understand how they work. Anytime you get products like this from China the defect percentages will be higher. Mine works great hoping yours does as well. Let’s us know if yours has any issues.
I've had the old foamer for almost 3 months, so far I've used it on more than 70 vehicles. I do think it is a nice product however it's made with cheap plastic that breaks very easily. The bottle on mine is leaking at the top where the threading is and due to the unbalanced issue, it tipped over once with liquid inside and it broke the nozzle. I doubt these things will last a year for a detailer who cleans multiple cars a day like myself It's more for a guy who washes his car at home. That being said I will try this newer version to see if the quality is any better.
Yeah, it’s not built for a volume business, but I do think this new one is less fragile especially it being very balanced. Trigger will be the weak point.
IK showed at TRSEMA, which is the rag company Sema show for this year. IK showed they have one coming out. Didn't hint the price yet for the handheld, but I want to wait and check that price out for the handheld foamer.
I think I heard $99 is the possible target. Their foam pro 2+ is around $45 so I would say it’s at least going to be $75, but I feel $99 is the most plausible price. I’ll be grabbing one and reviewing as soon as I can.
@CarsWithKeav I was hoping more around that $75, but I buy wholesale, so that's my hope. There bottles, and everything I have purchased from them is tough and lasted so I hope these are the same.
@@TheBizcuit0426 will be nice to use all the other bottles so you can just use the one head clean it out and use a different bottle for some other chemical. Based on the unit though not sure if you’ll be able to use the other bottles since the compressor is on the bottom. Just based on the price of the e foam pro 12 it’s not going to be cheap. $150 for basically a tire inflator with Velcro straps.
I think it was a bad batch or a change in manufacturing. The initial shipment have been reliable I know many with multiple do these in their detailing business still doing well. Then after being unavailable or a month out on backorder things seemed to have changed. Maybe a change to a different battery or motor and higher percentage are failing after a few uses.
@@tavlins I can only go off my experience, but you can’t deny the amount of complaints out there. Anytime you get cheaper products there will be a higher percentage of manufacturing defects especially these types of products. There is no major brand that makes a battery foamer yet just due to all the moving parts and points of failure. iK sprayers is coming out with a battery version at the end of this year that will hopefully be a durable product, but will cost more.
I like the first one way better, I dont mind more noise if I dont have to wait for it to fully pressureize. I usually keep my bottles full, so not really a problem tipping over for me, Plus the first one, I found them on sale for $15 each on temu rather than the $37 on amazon lol so it was a steal
Totally valid reason we all have what we like. Between the two you can't go wrong and there are for sure cheaper ways to buy. Temu and Alibaba are two sites I just won't buy from, but they are no doubt great ways to save money.
Hi Keav, in your Dec 18, 2023 E Foamer review you liked the Kabeilai Auto Foam Spray, but it is pricey at $80. In this video, you like the Zatooto Electric Foam Sprayer with a price of $40. Can you do a head-to-head review on these two or, at least, reply with your thoughts regarding performance, build quality, value? I don't mind paying more if an item if it performs better and lasts longer. Thanks!
So far the $40 one is outperforming the $80 one. It’s a better long term design as it uses compressed air so the chemicals cannot break down the gaskets and seals that the electric siphon pump would have. Plus the foam is better, it’s lighter and it’s a smaller form factor. It just sprays better as well.
I have the first one too. My only complaint really is no trigger off lock. I am mobile and hang it on my shelf in thd van, an accidental touch of the trigger and inside the van gets blasted 😂
Can I assume I could wash a sedan completely with this E Foamer? Ideally I'd like to have my hose just to rinse and in the foam sprayer either soap and some mitts action if very dirty or some touchless soap if not so dirty.
You would have to refill at least once maybe twice to cover a whole car good. This is more for small areas like wheels, tires and the dirtier parts do a car such as lower quarter panels. I would suggest something like the IK foam pro 12 to do whole cars, but that gets more expensive and the battery version is $250. It’s the best all around sprayer out there though plus a 2 gallon capacity.
Mine is running like brand new use it several times a week since that video using Brake Buster 5 to 1 dilution and I have not been cleaning it out either. I think there may have been a bad batch out there. The first ones like I got seem to be good. The second batch not so much. Have heard several complain of it running, but no air or not working after 2nd or 3rd use. Many though love it I know a few detailers than have 2 or 3 in their vans. Its always hit or miss with these. I don't always look at reviews as some just don't know how to use them properly. I think though from what I read some of these complaints could be legitimate. I would say fail rate is 15 to 20 percent. you always play the lottery when buying these products.
After 4 washes.. so far, so good. I'm really enjoying this foaming sprayer! I've diluted 1 part Adam's Wheel and Tire cleaner to 5 parts water and it seems to have weakened it cutting power too much. Think I might try a stronger ratio. From your testing, would it not be wise to go full strength? Congrats on the success, Keav!
@@DasJav Adam’s tire and wheel cleaner I have heard 3:1 is as far as most go and 2:1 or even 1:1 for dirty wheels. You just can’t cut it like you can other chemicals. That’s all a part of calculating that cost per wash.
@@CarsWithKeav I’m mostly just trying to soften up the bugs so they will wash off and regular foam should do that I’d think. My work truck has the biggest need of bug removal ugh.
considering all the bad reviews on Amazon and the fact that you also think they have now bad batches - Which model would you recommend instead? (sort of your second best after this one)
@@tavlins Another company has come out with a black model, but only has a view reviews. amzn.to/4gaSSvS This one most seem to like and it does well. amzn.to/3yRJWuR It’s more expensive though. Then for much more money there is this one, but it’s way more. amzn.to/3Z1QDoK In the end there is not yet a highly rated unit that averages over 4 stars. I do count some of the reviews as user error such as they are using a soap that doesn’t foam. The IK foam pro 2+ and a tire inflator is a great combo.
Also, someone needs to figure out how to use WiFi to download upgrades for physical objects cause I can't keep buying the next best thing after I already bought the next best thing! 😂
@@CarsWithKeav I meant to ask this as well: 3:40 will this negatively impact the electrical components in any way? My thoughts point to no way. So I just bought one. Had kind of a terrible experience. The hose on the inside won't attach so there's no suction. Tried to return it but the amazon sender gave me a bad return address, costing me $30 just to get the package back. They gave me $20 for my troubles and told me to keep it. @@CarsWithKeav You know, I had to come back to this comment -- I hooked it up wrong! lol. It's totally fine, but I had to cut the little hose inside. The spray isn't great, but I just have to play around with it I think. But it's working great.
@@film_magician Mine actually feel out the other day and I for the life of me kept trying to attach it to the little prong. Then I see it was a tube in the other side it went in. 🤣
Thanks for the review, I got one coming today! Would you mind sharing how you would use this sprayer with P&S Brake Buster and also something like Koch Chemie GSF, meaning, the dilution ratios? Would you use both products straight up in the sprayer or dilute them with water? e.g. xxx mL of P&S and yyy mL of water, and then xxx mL of GSF with yyy mL of water. Not a problem if I have to refill the sprayer during my wash. Thank you!
Brake Buster is 5 to 1 dilution ratio for me. I have not used GSF to know it’s dilution though. For soap I usually run whatever the dilution ratio you put in the foam cannon multiplied by two. Say Incredible suds I run 32 to 1 in the foam cannon so I would run 64 to 1 in this.
It should do just fine and I will try testing some out. It being air compressed there is less the Alkaline can mess up. Alkaline wreaks havoc on the electrical pump ones.
They both are great this one just has better build quality if you already have the other version the question is can you use both of them to make your washing experience better. The original is still good so don't feel like this one is needed.
As long as you can use both in your process its a plus, but like I said to the original comment don't feel like you missed out as the original is still very good.
I’m really not a fan after using it for a few washes. The problem is that instead of foam it also sprays a lot of mist at the same time. I end up inhaling a lot of the product and it’s made my throat and lungs hurt. It takes forever to coat the car too.
Not something I would use to coat a car just for wheels, tires and small things. Things up close contact so you don’t have the mist with a side spray pattern.
North ATL I know the Eurofed guys well they used to sponsor my car. The owners are like big brothers even though I’m older they just have way more money. 🤣
I spend one a night a week searching the newest arrivals on Amazon for search phrases like pressure washer, foam cannon, artery sprayer, etc. I take chances as most have never been reviewed and normally like 2 to 3 weeks shipping. 1 in 4 make a video as the others are just no good.
Keav, how has yours been holding up, only three stars on amazon, many complain after using it two or three times, they are having issues. May bite the bullet and get a MAROLEX AXEL FOAMER 2000 and add a Schrader valve and call it a day.
If you want the best results your idea will work well you can even strap an inflator to it like ai did in this video for Ik ruclips.net/video/u6Ci3Qs5_48/видео.htmlsi=8j6M4U5Tan1yobb7 Ik is coming out with battery foamers at then end of the year. These have been hit or miss, but mine is working well along with others. There could have been a bad batch. It’s always my biggest fear when showing these products mine might be perfect, but others have issues.
I'm buying one. I dropped $70 on a POS Marolex Axel 2000 Pressure Foamer that never worked right. I finally got it to shoot foam decent last night and the damn trigger broke. All the people who made videos boasting about the Marolex sprayers are paid shills. They suck!
Keav - how's yours still working? I clicked on your link to go to Amazon, and I saw there were quite a few reviews regarding defective units and reliability. (thanks for this video...a new sub here!!)
Mine has been working great use it for my wheels on every wash. Anytime you get these types of products from China there will be a greater chance to get a defect. I don’t look at reviews much as some of my favorite products don’t have great reviews. A lot of sellers play around and use an existing listing and out a different product on it then you see the review comments are about a totally different product. 🤣

I have not used though enough to know the dilutions. GSF based on what I researched should be 15:1 and 8:1 for really thick. Bilt Hamber I am not sure as I don’t know much about panel impact calculations.
is it possible to replace the spray nozzle with other sprayer nozzle to have better control over spray level (mist/stream)? The question is, will other spray nozzle fit this one? I am going to use this for rinseless wash where I will mainly use the spray head. But, I don't have other bottle's spray nozzle to test it myself.
I have tried a few others some fit and some don’t, but still doesn’t spray that well. The way it flows the liquid just doesn’t work well with a spray tip just the foam tip works well.
@@CarsWithKeav Thanks Keav. For rinseless wash (specially, p&s absolute), which one would you suggest? This one? or, the $80 one (2L The Electric Car Foam Sprayer)?
I bought one of these. It seemed to work really well, so I bought another one. Then next thing I know the first one nearly caused a fire when charging. Looks like water leaked throughout the internals and shorted it out. Next thing I know the second one wasn't charging, and it had water all throughout as well. Seems waterproofing needs improvement. Not recommended. :-(
Dang, it’s crazy how some have these problems and then others don’t have any. The consistency of their manufacturing is not the best. Seems like a 50/50 chance at the moment and you’re luck both were bad.
I tried ordering it. My first order was cancelled with no reason. Ordered it again and after a month it was delivered. However, it never pressurized and you can hear the air escaping. I’ll be returning it and would not recommend it 😢
These do very well if designed right as you are running a more concentrated dilution. Foam cannon runs at 10:1 so it’s will dilute a lot more. I just find these especially for wheels and tires you waste less products with a more controlled spray.
I don’t have a direct comparison to this one, but I did review that one against several others in this video ruclips.net/video/kkGlzWMD2qw/видео.htmlsi=CNktCl8gQ7mFztar The fit and finish is nice and it sprays hood, but since it is electric pump style and not air compressor I would pick the new one plus it’s half the price. Air compressor style usually last longer as the chemical is not being sucked through a pump and then sprayed out. It has done well though for me and I can’t speak on longevity of this new one since it just came out.
That is the best way to go just a bigger investment which is worth it to me. I think it would have longer durability as well compared to these Amazon ones.
It’s perfect for that. Not big enough bottle for a whole car, but it can be done. I think it’s a perfect solution to replace hand pumps or using a foam cannon for wheels so you don’t have to disconnect the gun to rinse and foam.
@@CarsWithKeav I looked at IK Foam Pro 2 and Foam Pro 2+ and I don't like the idea of manually pumping and I have a friend that has the Foam Pro 2+ and seems like he spends more time recharging it at his air compressor. He wants to believe in the company and his standards are very very high. He wants to know the owner before carrying a product. Way higher standards than mine that’s for sure. 🤣🤣🤣
That sucks as this product seems a bit different than the last as the other one was all over Aliexpress and multiple listings on Amazon. This one just has the one listing which is jut normal for a China product.
@tomgt4tom Thanks Tom, I've seen them pop up on Ebay from probably China based sellers, but some with a few days delivery time. But I'll pass that on, my boss wants one. Which seller did you go for? You can give me the first 5 or so letters as there's a few to choose from...!
I ordered this 2 times and neither one will shut down as the pressure never gets enough to shut off the pump. Tried filling to top of the fill line but it will not shut off indicating full pressure. Any ideas before I send back the second one?
Do you hear anything leaking air? Is the pump actually pushing air? Wondering if it’s the pump not running correct. Does it spray good or never really pressurizes? Relief valve could be faulty. I’ve had a few others mention this issue wondering if there was a bad batch. First batch seems to have less problems.
I have the exact same thing; it rarely shuts off on its own. It’s scaring me, man. When left running the pressure is good. I hear no leaks/hissing. The pressure valve works when I pull it, but it’s never activated by the pump. I wonder if I should go through the hassle of retuning it to AliExpress…
do i need to adjust the blue nozzle thingy? I dont seem to be getting thick foam. maybe its because I am using some cheap car wash shampoo...or maybe my mixture is all wrong
Dilution has a lot to do with it and some soaps foam way better than others. There is no adjustment for more or less foam. You can open it up to make sure there is a filter in there which is very important to foaming.
SPTA leaked out the bottom for me which I hope the new IK battery foamer coming out later this year don’t have those same issues. I love this little guy used it every wash for wheels.
@@CarsWithKeav the little guy which you describe does produce thick foam...i bet it can also be used for a decent car wash...the IK pro foam 2 plus is excellent in quality...i am actually also thinking of purchasing it...there are three filters and nozzles to choose from which is outstanding...the only drawback is it is not battery operated and requires hands to pump or using a digital air compressor to spray effectively...the digital air compressor is an extra equipment which i find it quite troublesome because it adds weight...the minor issues are when one gets the pro foam 2 plus...one has to use a 4mm allen key to remove the cover and fasten the air nozzle on the set by a 12mm wrench and the filthers in my country does not supply any spares...by the way...mind if i ask if i use a digital air compressor...what is the psi readings etc which i should set...?
@@kennethchan6815 IK is coming out with their own battery foamers later this year. This one is great, but for sure is not the quality of an IK and not rebuildable as well. The inflator settings it’s best to set you inflator high like 60psi let the pressure relief valve go off and adjust down the pressure until the relief valve no longer goes off then that is the setting you want. Probably around 50 psi. I made a video converting an IK to use an inflator and yes it does add weight, but if you position right you won’t notice it as much. This is the video ruclips.net/video/u6Ci3Qs5_48/видео.htmlsi=oB69u9vDTP8ZzlJB
Many said they got a message from the seller the product is stuck in customs and they didn’t know when it was to be released so they decided to refund instead of being late for the delivery timeframe. Anybody who got theirs seems to be pleased with it and the listing is still up with updated delivery times. I actually found another listing that is actually being delivered by Amazon and shows next day for me, but it is a few dollars more and comes with some accessories. amzn.to/3QK4zP2 Don’t look at the star rating somebody gave it two stars because it didn’t cover their car in one bottle. 🤷♂️
I heard about that, but for some reason mine worked for a good 6 months, but now it won’t charge anymore. I picked up another one that has a different bottle to see how it works. It has much better reviews. I have found other good ones recently as well.
@@CarsWithKeavquestion. When you did a 5 to 1 of the break buster in the sprayer. How much did you put in the bottle.oils like the total mix was very little. Meaning I saw the purple mix through the side and it was near empty. Did you do like 1oz break buster and 5oz water? How much would you mix to do one cars wheels where you would not have a bunch of waste.
@@angelad75 I pre dilute my brake buster and my incredible suds in containers that have a spout. I just poor in what I need. I would say 15 oz of water with 3 ounces of brake buster would be enough, but tough to say some people foam a lot and some foam just enough.
@@CarsWithKeav thanks for your reply. Videos are always good and very informative and helpful. How would you rate the iK Pro Foam 2+ with the attached compressor via Velcro vs this unit? Also how would you rate both units and their quality of foam? Seems to me that this sprayer is better choice since one does not have to keep removing the compressor just to open the bottle.
I had the Sylvonette brand of this. Had basically 5 stars. Used it once and it leaked on the front but got thick foam. 2nd try the motor didnt even turn on. Made sure it was fully charged too. These are junk
@@CarsWithKeav This one not really, it is 10€ cheaper but there's 10€ shipping so it has pretty much the same price, probably because it's a newer model and there are very few vendors (literally 2) with this particular model at the moment. But since the other one (the noisy one) from the previous video is almost half of the price of Amazon, I bet in a month or two this one will also be way way cheaper!
Is air escaping anywhere? Is it still spraying hood just not turning off? If it’s spraying good then air is escaping somewhere. I know when I first got mine I didn’t have it threaded correctly as it was running constant. I had to tighten well and it stopped. Pressure relief valve could be faulty. Just not sure.
Thanks Keav for your great videos. Ordered one through Amazon and seller had to refund my payment because the item was hold by customs for no clear reason 😔
This is the 3rd order that I have been told about of customs issues and a refund issued. I’m hoping they get released and you all get free sprayers. Wondering if it was a big shipment being held on its way to the warehouse. Kind of sucks as there really are no alternatives in this price range that does the same thing.
This is so far the best battery operated foaming sprayer I've seen in this price range. Looks like a lot of your viewers ordered this as soon as watching this review. Too bad we can't get a hold of your great find.
I also ordered at end of April and received the same notice of my money being refunded (and received the credit from card company). Status says it was shipped out at beginning of May, so worse case scenario we all receive free sprayers if it clears customs.
IK sprays a bit better, but is not battery powered so hard to compare the two as the same type of product. If you take out the pumping or compressed air valve then I think it is better and proven. The reason to get this is no longer needing to pump or fill with air and it does foam quite well. If you can be patient Ik is releasing their own battery powered version later this year around SEMA time.
Cheotime is the name of who is selling it. Not really a name brand it’s a catalog item from China. This is the just first seller to get this on Amazon. I’m sure soon there will be 20 different listings with different names very soon.
amzn.to/4b81BLQ Found a listing with $5 off coupon. Many got refunded due to some customs issues on the original listing.
I ordered one after watching your video. It looks really good
@koraybitiren can it hold enough liquid to do an entire car without refill?
@koraybitiren can it hold enough liquid to do an entire car without refill?
@@shahnulislam9897 That depends on how thick you want the foam and your soap dilution. It will not cover an entire car with a thick foam the bottle is too small. You can get full coverage if you spray just enough.
@@k.b198 Ordered with you, and mine just arrived. Charged up, works amazing. Shoutout Keav for the rec.
Keav out here doing God's work for us regular guys that just like detailing our cars.
Appreciate that!
Great idea you can get that type of foam cannon tube in bulk and cut to fit. Just add a weighted ball and you hit 360 degree spray too.
It’s a great little tool and doesn’t take up much space. We will soon find out it’s reliability as well.
So glad I didn’t pull the trigger on the other sprayers you reviewed, this one is by far the best. Will definitely be purchasing and will definitely be using your link.
Thanks 🙏
Hoping some of these companies make larger versions eventually. I would love to see a powered 3+ gallon version to compete with the IK.
I would as well any real competition is like a detail keg which is too expensive.
Another intriguing video. You're killing it Keav. Keep up the good work.
Appreciate that!
Really appreciate the kind words bro!
Yeah, if you search Cordless Foam Cannon a few of them will pop up in the first 20 listings or so. Hope you get it and enjoy it.
Were you able to find out how water got in? Bad seals, cracks, etc?
@@paulb2995 Honestly my best guess is poor seals. I didn't find any cracks or anything unusual when I disassembled it. It just seemed like an overall poor design, that chamber where the battery and electronics sits should be completely sealed off and isolated but they aren't.
@ If I buy the same product, I’ll soak the gaskets in AT-205. Hopefully that conditions it so it can work properly.
IMO
Proper maintenance is essential. I always clean out the heads after use with DI water keeps the filters from clogging b as well.
@@CarsWithKeav Agree! Haven’t considered DI water. I’ll give that a try since I’ve installed one based on your reviews. LOL!
I watched the first battery foamer video and meant to buy it, so glad I forgot about it and just ordered this new one. Thanks for the video!
This one is much better. Sucks when I keep
Finding these some just bought the last one. It’s still good though so not a lose if you did buy it.
Great video and the timing is perfect because I am tired of manually pumping the Marolex 3000 foamer every time I want to rinse off surface dirt. I was about to order this foamer but I don't think I want to wait 4-weeks for it to ship from China. I will keep watching your videos! Cheers
Hopefully soon the inventory builds up in the U.S. and it’s quicker delivery.

Go figure.
Couple of pre use observations for you and everyone else out there:
• My unit came with 2 uninstalled red filters plus 1 installed for a total of 3.
I wonder since it only comes with a normal
USB to USB C you have to use an older brick?
Thanks Keav! This is a gem for doing the wheels with PS Brake Buster!
Agreed it does real well.
100%. I bought it specifically for this purpose
@@slyarsenal used it last night and works so well.
@@slyarsenal Did you dilute Brake Buster at all in this foamer or just straight up, like Matt from OG likes to do?
Dude, thank you for this video. Amazing. Picking one up now. Weird the reviews are so low though.
I will see if they are in stock still, I use my small IK framer for bug solution. Foam really helps for that task.
I hope they are they usually get sold out pretty quick. IK is coming out with their own battery foamer later this year as well.
@@CarsWithKeav that was my first thought as well until I saw it was on the bottom.
What’s the best ratio for water and soap? I saw a guy saying he has to refill every time because he can’t cover his whole car
This is a really good review. Thanks. Unfortunately, the Amazon reviews suggest that these sprayers are unreliable.
@@CarsWithKeav so what are you saying? that its not as recommended now?
Agreed a safety button would be nice. I have accidentally sprayed more than I care to admit with all types of sprayers. 🤣
Keav.. can you give an update on the sprayer? Have you had any issues? Read a lot of bad reviews on Amazon with regards to the battery failing.
@@CarsWithKeav Thanks Keav! Appreciate the feedback. The performance looks great. Quieter motor is good too. Crossing my fingers I receive a good one.
Can you tell me what the small red "cushions" are for, are they filters? Thanks, great video.
Yes, they are the filters that help foam. One to start out with and a replacement. They will get clogged over time depending on water quality.

I would like to try a foamer to loosen up bugs before I run my vehicles through an automatic car wash.
Only issue is most products that are for bug and tar don’t really foam that well. Probably need to add a little soap to the mix in to get the foam.
@@CarsWithKeav I’m mostly just trying to soften up the bugs so they will wash off and regular foam should do that I’d think. My work truck has the biggest need of bug removal ugh.

So I really have been a “Car Nut”. Where of all the 36 vehicles I’ve been blessed to of had in my “young” first mid-fifty years of life. This one I’ve been acting like it’s my mid-life crisis car. ha ha 🤣😇😎 I keep adding things and don’t want to take it out to have to re-clean… just want to finish it while it’s still fairly factory fresh. 🤪
So, It’s been partially wrapped w/PPF… then I’ve been doing everything else myself (which I enjoy) like Dash Cams; rebadged taking off the Plug-in emblems and changing it to what they are called in the rest of the world a ‘GR Sport’; red brake calipers; ceramic coating everything (first time I’ve done that too) where I had mostly come from my ole school Professional Numbered Meguiar’s products. Then I’ve got the Rear bumper off for a real Toyota Hitch and sequential brake turn signals (front and back)… so I know I’m nuts… but I’ve also been blessed with a VERY patient wife who does a GREAT job of putting up with me… and as long as I don’t mess with her rigs too often! ha ha 🤪😇
Anyway, I was the Operations and then Executive Direct for Throttle Design Mechanics, where we were blessed to work folks like BASF, Industrial Finishes, John Meguiar (before he sold to 3M), Coy Wheels and Summit Racing… so if a person picked up a client from PDX our cars needed to be perfect. 😇 But I guess I say all that to say again… I appreciate your work and I’ve been telling others about your great work, too. @@teknightrider2586 You are not nuts and glad you are enjoying the RAV4. I’m the same way and somehow my wife is supportive. Appreciate the kinds words as well. It’s a new product and not in Amazon warehouse inventory yet so more thank likely on a container or they will be shipped China Air. Once they get their supply up it should only be a few days for delivery. Happens with every new China product. I tend to find and buy them before there is a single review. Most people won’t buy unless there is reviews, but somebody has got to get it and review. 🤣
So I just bought one. Had kind of a terrible experience. The hose on the inside won't attach so there's no suction. Tried to return it but the amazon sender gave me a bad return address, costing me $30 just to get the package back. They gave me $20 for my troubles and told me to keep it. Do you know how the small hose attaches to the top? Might try super glue
Mine you just have to force on there just like most foam cannons I have dealt with. Sorry that happened, but there has got to be a way to get it in there if the connection point is still there. Maybe they supplied the wrong size diameter hose? Possibly maybe finding another size hose could work?
Great vid Keav, how do you think it would hold up to high alkaline products?
It should do just fine and I will try testing some out. It being air compressed there is less the Alkaline can mess up. Alkaline wreaks havoc on the electrical pump ones.
Thank you so much for doing all this research. Super helpfull 👍
You’re welcome
I got the first one u showed and it works great! This looks like it might be even better.
Me too here, I'm now tempted to this new model
They both are great this one just has better build quality if you already have the other version the question is can you use both of them to make your washing experience better. The original is still good so don't feel like this one is needed.
As long as you can use both in your process its a plus, but like I said to the original comment don't feel like you missed out as the original is still very good.
The original one could be quite runny and need longer time to build foam up f the soap is not that foamy character
@@YakHongYung Agreed on that.

Very very good review. Is this available in Amazon Canada ? Not showing up
I am unsure, but somebody else said it is not right now.
It’s always my biggest fear when showing these products mine might be perfect, but others have issues.
@@CarsWithKeav Thanks Keav
Will either of these foam APC or do you need to also add the Suds? Thank you.
It depends on the APC, but most don’t foam much so a foaming soap needs to be added to get that thick foam.
Looks good but the reviews don't look good on Amazon so it's hard for me to pull the trigger. But saved it on wishlist just incase! 😅
There was for sure a bad batch out there. The first ones are great many using no problem, but after those initial ones people started to have issues.

If i wanted to add bilt hamber touchless v2 to this sprayer, how much should i put in? And same with koch chemie gsf? Enough to clean a sedan.

Same as trigger spray.

is it possible to replace the spray nozzle with other sprayer nozzle to have better control over spray level (mist/stream)?
This is awesome. Never knew they existed
All kinds of cool stuff out there.
I’ll be returning it and would not recommend it 😢
That sucks, mine is still doing well. Hope yours is an isolated incident.
I have a pressure washer and use a foam nozzle but it doesn’t give such thick foam like this thing.
These do very well if designed right as you are running a more concentrated dilution. Foam cannon runs at 10:1 so it’s will dilute a lot more. I just find these especially for wheels and tires you waste less products with a more controlled spray.
I was looking for comparison of this with the "2L The Electric Car Foam Sprayer". Which one is better in long term?
I don’t have a direct comparison to this one, but I did review that one against several others in this video ruclips.net/video/kkGlzWMD2qw/видео.htmlsi=CNktCl8gQ7mFztar The fit and finish is nice and it sprays hood, but since it is electric pump style and not air compressor I would pick the new one plus it’s half the price. Air compressor style usually last longer as the chemical is not being sucked through a pump and then sprayed out. It has done well though for me and I can’t speak on longevity of this new one since it just came out.
@@CarsWithKeav Thanks Keav for your insight. This one looks well build.

I was thinking I’d buy this for the wheels and tires and looks like everyone else was thinking the same.
It’s perfect for that. Not big enough bottle for a whole car, but it can be done. I think it’s a perfect solution to replace hand pumps or using a foam cannon for wheels so you don’t have to disconnect the gun to rinse and foam.
May have to add one after I finish the pressure washer setup.
It's a pretty good unit. Just does it serve a purpose for your setup is the ultimate question.
@@CarsWithKeav I looked at IK Foam Pro 2 and Foam Pro 2+ and I don't like the idea of manually pumping and I have a friend that has the Foam Pro 2+ and seems like he spends more time recharging it at his air compressor.
