Am i the only one that thinks joe's vocals are much better nowadays?btw i love how he Plays the bass and the solo guitar in tessellate
In this particular video it sounds pretty good but his other performances of this same song (kfog for example) sound worse, he's still lacking a bit of consistency but I also noticed that it might be related to mixing. In this video the mixing sounds spot on but others have the keyboard and voice way too high.
Never heard of them until about a month ago when I heard them on NPR. Love their music.

Love the performance! 3WW,Tessellate, Matilda were exceptionally good! I was looking forward to hearing In Cold Blood or Deadcrush. Hope they'll decide to play some of their new songs in their next performance.
haha, deadcrush is so amazing. Impossible not to dance to.
Luke Koebele Deadcrush feels the most like a track that could have been on An Awesome Wave. Probably my favorite.

Most interesting band around. The proof is in the pudding and I consistently taste their unique flavour.
Wow this is by far their best performance of 3WW so far, at least that i've, i felt like the tv performances on yhose late night shows werent up to par with the record version, but this one blew me away

Boom Bewm I've always wondered why they perform that track at all instead of Hunger of the Pine. Or Taro. Lots of easier tracks to recreate.
Christian Rogers they used to play Taro while they were touring their first album. The guitarist that left (Gwil) used to do the guitar part.
