*Turgor pressure* - When the cells are placed in *hypotonic* solution, water diffuses into the cell this creates a pressure in *cytoplasm* & against the wall.
- *Pressure Potential* - Pressure exerted by the *protoplasts* due to entry of water against the rigid walls.
