About the eclipse, it's probably why radahn needs to be defeated. He literally has the "outer gods", or celestial bodies if you will, locked in place with gravity. Which is crazy because they are known as gods. Ranni can't enact her plan to take the moon and elden ring away, and the "sun" in the game is so far its a tiny dot in the sky that is easily missed.
Yeah but the stars were thought of being a way that outer gods influence the land between. Not that those stars are the outer gods themselves but envoys for said outer gods.

At the start of the game when the narrator refers to you the tarnished with no renowned, you can hear sound of a mausoleum. This insinuates that you are one of the souless demigods. Also torrent used to be owned by micula same with the spirit calling bell gifted to you by ranni. Half the mystery solved
When micula becomes one with the halig tree, lore wise we know it’s supposed to be the erd tree successor but it becomes apparent that something happened leading him to realize that the halig tree failed. My guess is he was informed by the greater will that a new tree wasn’t enough. In the DLC, we find out that he gave away his body and soul and even his humanity, his ability to love. Micula takes moghs heart, and makes him remove him from the tree to a place no other could reach before entering the shadow/vield lands. A requirement to enter is that you also beat radahn. At the end of the dlc you fight radahn using mohgs body as an avatar, though fully radahn in soul. And micula hops ontop radahn stating the radahn is his consort. The eclipse is obviously micula attempting to use radahn to unite the moon and merikas renounced Demi god kin and form a symbolic reference to the old order united. So if micula were to win, the erd tree would likely be replaced by a giant eclipsed son in the sky.
There is a theory mainly via Japanese fans, that our character is from a Mausoleum, and we are one of the bustards of Marika. As her ligament children couldn't claim a throne, so now it up to us to claim it. It would explain how we can beat her children (gods), because our character is a demigod. Saying all of that makes sense that the 7 followers could be demigods as well who want to claim the throne or put Miquella on it.

Miquella isn't opposed to the Golden order in principle but practice. He knows it better than Radagon and only abandoned it because he saw it abandoned those it failed. He wants a new golden order in a way. Probably not unlike gold mask and Fia who are also tied with the Godwyn plot.
I think what the narrator in the dlc trailer is referring to when they say he divested himself of his flesh, all things golden, and fate is when Miquella becomes a tarnished of no renown in order to escape the outer gods influence and brandish the Elden Ring to establish a new order… Miquella becomes you. And thus your journey begins.

It seems the stars have an influence on time, which Radahn halted, causing a pause on not only Sellia’s fate but everyone’s. Our Tarnished is the link, the eclipse, to both demigods. Fia and Rogier lead us to Ranni, who gives us the key to her curse mark that allows Godwyn to become the Prince of Death. I’m stretching things here but it could be a possibility
Another set of 7: The Godskin Nobles are known for their 7-Faced robes. Their sisters-in-sewing are the Dominula women who do the deboning for the Godskins. A few have maces topped with human-looking skulls that are said to be too large to be mere humans.

We know Marika did something to birth gold, but shadow was birthed too. Is grace just gold separated from shadow? And together they form ghostflame? (Shadows and death are cold, grace and flames are hot, etc.)
Miquella made that sword,and the needle i think he is that knight.When she swiped the grace it it reacted.She is just hiding in plain sight like everyone else does.That is his new self and at the end of the game she will transform glowing.

It means it's not an event within the context of Elden Ring, but a moon comparable to Rennala's Full Moon, Ranni's Dark Moon and the Dark Moon of Nokstella. I guess we would meet some people in the DLC that's connected to the Carian line and would mention how people got the connections to moons before the Age of the Erdtree. Also, there are two types of eclipses: solar and lunar. Solar eclipses happen when the moon passes between the sun and earth. *Lunar eclipses happen when the moon passes through the shadow of the Earth.* There is a rare type of lunar eclipse where the Earth's shadow directly blocks the light of the sun called a Blood Moon. So the possibility of Mogh being there with Miquella might not be mere coincidence and an ending where we get the blood moon would be interesting.

I've recently seen an intersting theory, originally from a japanese youtuber, that we ourselves are one of the 7 demigods. In the end of the opening cinematic of the game, where we got woken up, if we listen carefully, we will hear the sounds of a moving mausoleum.
the only connection you failed to make in my opinion is that the soulless demi-gods ARE those in the mausoleums, the 7 miquella’s followers might be bodiless and only present in the soul, as Melina claimed to be and as Miquella itself claims to be (divested of his flesh), this is further evidenced by the fact that a streamer during the preview tried killing the npcs and he stated that they couldn’t die and acted as spirits would

I can see miquellia trying to overlap the shadow lands and the lands between possibly making a eclipse and bringing the souls of the dead in shadow lands back to their bodies resurrecting the dead demigods specifically godwyn
An eclipse could be when the shadow of the erdtree eclipses the golden erdtree. They (re)unite. Maybe when the 2 trees come together again, the dark and the light, death and life back together again this will allow for the souls of the demigods to go back to their bodies in the mausoleums, traveling from the shadow land through that gate/portal that Marika is in the threshold of holding golden threads. Maybe in that scene she is presenting her golden order to the Greater Will, removing the rune of death, thus separating the land of shadows from the lands between.
I’ll be really surprised if a form of the Fallen Hawk soldiers in their former glory doesn’t show up in the DLC. They were obviously coerced by Miquella to search for something. They remind me of the exiles and the banished knights, but they don’t use storm ashes of war? Even Godrick uses them. Maybe there’s two birds? One who utilizes ghost flame and the other that uses the storm.
I always assumed the eclipse symbolically represented Godwyn and Ranni being the sun and moon. Perhaps to bring back the soul of godwyn it required a ritual and a sacrifice possibly ranni’s soul in exchange for godwyn’s. I don’t know how ranni and Miquella’s relationship is but we know he loved his older brother and would definitely add a dark twist to his story
Yea, I suggest the Berserk manga, up to about 110 chapter. If you play Dark Souls, it was inspired by that manga. Especially for this DLC, it would make sense. Miquella certainly feel like he's mirror of certain character....

I'm not sure about some of the conclusions, but your premise is fascinating and not something I had even considered. The number 7 seems like it can't be a coincidence, and especially given that it has important religious connotations and the fact that this kind of thing is consistent with From's storytelling style, I think the idea that these followers are connected to the soulless demigods makes a lot of sense, even if it ends up being more thematic than literal (which is what my instincts tell me, but it can easily be more literal due to some of the other evidence you pointed out). As always, great theory-crafting, love the originality of these ideas as well!
Bro, i said the same thing about Mohg. I think Miquella was complicit in his own kidnapping. I dont have any hard evidence, but Mohg gives me the vibe of being crazed by an outside force. I wonder if Miquella needed Mohg or The Formless Mother's power to reach the shadowlands?

On an other subject, you used clips from the Elden Beast fight and it's weird that it has a scar on the belly similar to the body where Marika pulled out grace in the trailer.
The new mickey is great, I miss the old but new one is also quite fun, its a literal meme factory. It even had some inuendo, I remember when minni and mickey had dinner in goofies stomach and goofey basically was having a love crush on a sandwich.

SPOILER ALERT!!! 🚨🚨🚨🚨 Cool theory but people like Smough town and vaati have done some in depth breakdowns after they played the DLC. One of Miquella’s followers is a horn faced man who originates from the land of shadows and he basically tells the player character that him and his people will always despise Marika for what she did to him and his people. Another NPC is a former servant of radahn who was plagued by scarlet rot and miquella healed her. Just saying we know enough about these characters for it to be clear they aren’t just reincarnation
One of the followers standing there used to be a warrior for Radahn, but at some point switched sides to follow Miquella. It seems it’s very much supposed to invoke the band of the hawk in the promotional material, but I’m not convinced Miquella is going to be a villain. I want to believe that all the suspicion about his motives are a red herring. I could be very wrong, but I feel like Miquella’s intentions are unalloyed so to speak. Knowing everything we do about him, I don’t think he would have a difficult time whatsoever becoming a polarizing totalitarian despot. The fact that he hasn’t tells me he wants to do the right thing for the right reasons in my opinion.

We know Marika did something to birth gold, but shadow was birthed too. Is grace just gold separated from shadow? And together they form ghostflame? (Shadows and death are cold, grace and flames are hot, etc.)

It means it's not an event within the context of Elden Ring, but a moon comparable to Rennala's Full Moon, Ranni's Dark Moon and the Dark Moon of Nokstella. I guess we would meet some people in the DLC that's connected to the Carian line and would mention how people got the connections to moons before the Age of the Erdtree.
Also, there are two types of eclipses: solar and lunar. Solar eclipses happen when the moon passes between the sun and earth. *Lunar eclipses happen when the moon passes through the shadow of the Earth.* There is a rare type of lunar eclipse where the Earth's shadow directly blocks the light of the sun called a Blood Moon. So the possibility of Mogh being there with Miquella might not be mere coincidence and an ending where we get the blood moon would be interesting.

I've recently seen an intersting theory, originally from a japanese youtuber, that we ourselves are one of the 7 demigods. In the end of the opening cinematic of the game, where we got woken up, if we listen carefully, we will hear the sounds of a moving mausoleum.

the only connection you failed to make in my opinion is that the soulless demi-gods ARE those in the mausoleums, the 7 miquella’s followers might be bodiless and only present in the soul, as Melina claimed to be and as Miquella itself claims to be (divested of his flesh), this is further evidenced by the fact that a streamer during the preview tried killing the npcs and he stated that they couldn’t die and acted as spirits would

An eclipse could be when the shadow of the erdtree eclipses the golden erdtree. They (re)unite. Maybe when the 2 trees come together again, the dark and the light, death and life back together again this will allow for the souls of the demigods to go back to their bodies in the mausoleums, traveling from the shadow land through that gate/portal that Marika is in the threshold of holding golden threads.
Maybe in that scene she is presenting her golden order to the Greater Will, removing the rune of death, thus separating the land of shadows from the lands between.
I’m pretty sure it’s to drain the sun of its gold so miquella can fashion into a giant needle of unalloyed gold so he can kill off the erdtree

I’ll be really surprised if a form of the Fallen Hawk soldiers in their former glory doesn’t show up in the DLC. They were obviously coerced by Miquella to search for something. They remind me of the exiles and the banished knights, but they don’t use storm ashes of war? Even Godrick uses them. Maybe there’s two birds? One who utilizes ghost flame and the other that uses the storm.

I always assumed the eclipse symbolically represented Godwyn and Ranni being the sun and moon. Perhaps to bring back the soul of godwyn it required a ritual and a sacrifice possibly ranni’s soul in exchange for godwyn’s. I don’t know how ranni and Miquella’s relationship is but we know he loved his older brother and would definitely add a dark twist to his story

I'm not sure about some of the conclusions, but your premise is fascinating and not something I had even considered. The number 7 seems like it can't be a coincidence, and especially given that it has important religious connotations and the fact that this kind of thing is consistent with From's storytelling style, I think the idea that these followers are connected to the soulless demigods makes a lot of sense, even if it ends up being more thematic than literal (which is what my instincts tell me, but it can easily be more literal due to some of the other evidence you pointed out). As always, great theory-crafting, love the originality of these ideas as well!

The new mickey is great, I miss the old but new one is also quite fun, its a literal meme factory. It even had some inuendo, I remember when minni and mickey had dinner in goofies stomach and goofey basically was having a love crush on a sandwich.

It's possible the 7 npc's ARE the souls of those mosoleum demigods, literally. They could be inhabiting new flesh in the land of shadow such as Ranni or Shabriri found new vessels for their souls in the lands between.

Cool theory but people like Smough town and vaati have done some in depth breakdowns after they played the DLC. One of Miquella’s followers is a horn faced man who originates from the land of shadows and he basically tells the player character that him and his people will always despise Marika for what she did to him and his people. Another NPC is a former servant of radahn who was plagued by scarlet rot and miquella healed her.
Just saying we know enough about these characters for it to be clear they aren’t just reincarnation

One of the followers standing there used to be a warrior for Radahn, but at some point switched sides to follow Miquella. It seems it’s very much supposed to invoke the band of the hawk in the promotional material, but I’m not convinced Miquella is going to be a villain. I want to believe that all the suspicion about his motives are a red herring. I could be very wrong, but I feel like Miquella’s intentions are unalloyed so to speak. Knowing everything we do about him, I don’t think he would have a difficult time whatsoever becoming a polarizing totalitarian despot. The fact that he hasn’t tells me he wants to do the right thing for the right reasons in my opinion.

One of the NPCs is from the shadow lands even and as far as we know there are no mausoleums there. I’d say there’s more evidence that we the tarnished MC are one of the soulless demigods than the NPCs
