    This Fudgy Chocolate Brownie give you special richness of dark chocolate with nutty flavour. No need to foam the eggs, it has a soft and moist texture with flaky crust. Very simple to make from scratch.

    🍞INGREDIENTS
    ☘️This recipe is to make a 7-inch square brownie
    Unsalted butter 100g
    Dark chocolate (70%) 150g
    3 medium room-temp eggs (55-60g/each with shell)
    Caster sugar 55g
    Brown sugar 30g
    Cake flour 90g
    Cocoa powder 10g
    Baking powder 3g
    Vanilla extract ½ tsp
    Walnut/Pecan 50g
    ☘️ ** Preheat the oven to 170C/340F
    ** Bake at 170C/340F for 27-30 mins
    ☘️ Please adjust the baking temperature and baking time according to the oven and the pan you use.

    可可粉 10g
    泡打粉 3克
    香草精华 ½ 茶匙
    核桃仁/碧根果 50克
    ☘️**预热烤箱170C/340F
    **170C/340F烤制27-30分钟
    ☘️请根据您用的模具和自己烤箱来适当调整温度和时间。
