    🍞INGREDIENTS
    ☘️This recipe is to make a 7-inch square brownie
    Unsalted butter 100g
    Dark chocolate (70%) 150g
    3 medium room-temp eggs (55-60g/each with shell)
    Caster sugar 55g
    Brown sugar 30g
    Cake flour 90g
    Cocoa powder 10g
    Baking powder 3g
    Vanilla extract ½ tsp
    Walnut/Pecan 50g
    ☘️ ** Preheat the oven to 170C/340F
    ** Bake at 170C/340F for 27-30 mins
