The boxelder County government let Dylan down un Brigham city Utah I live in boxelder County and I know a lot of people employed by the government and I feel that the criminal should have got life in prison without poroll he shot Dylan over his anger 😳
Does not matter if you pled guilty in Utah or Idaho the governors of both states would want blood atonement so would the LDS church who controls the government. A guilty verdict for murder in Utah and Idaho is Mexican Firing Squad thats where he is headed.
The sentence most certainly does not fit this crime. You can be sentenced 5 yrs to life for aggravated robbery, but 1-15 yrs for MURDER!! How is this even possible?? My heart goes out to this family
He could do 7 or 8 years with good behavior or less and be out for shooting a hard working young man in the head. The crazy thing is if his mom or dad decided to take justice into there own hands and give Brenner what he deserves they would prob get the book thrown at them and be doing life. Justice system is whack

When I heard what he did to Dylan, I wondered if Dylan had to face that gun or could he have been knocked out first? Then I remember it being reported that Dylan had his phone video on without the murderer knowing! RIP Dylan!! You are home with your Momma . . . and in Heaven with God!! Hopefully justice comes while he is in prison . . .
It wasn’t Jim’s truck or where he put it I think he was jealous because Dylan had something Jim Brenner never had his own land his truck the shed he didn’t like the fact that Dylan didn’t wash the truck before putting it in his own shed ‼️‼️
