The broccoli beef looks super tasty over cous-cous! 😊 Cookie sheet under the cutting board is a pro-tip too - so smart! I hate the mess of raw meat drippings going everywhere

You probably know this; but, if you slice the meat up while still partially frozen, then it is much easier to cut. Enjoyed all the crockpot recipes today ! Thank you.
I love a good beef and broccoli too! Some recipes use so much sugar and I'm glad yours didn't. Never tried it over couscous; that's something I'll have to keep on hand...so easy to prepare!

All of these look so very good! I'm looking for hamloaf that has crushed pineapple in the mix! My favorite butcher quit making it and won't give up his recipe! Ham loaf is probably our favorite meal. Make baked sweet potatoes and green beans with it and just yummy! The beef and broccoli looks just wonderful!

Howard is just too funny! I have made that super easy chicken salsa dish and it was really good. I added a can of black beans, topped with cilantro and served over Mexican rice. Easy peasy! Love your channel and recipes, Leann!
LOL I've done that with ham to make it fit! I'll have to make some of that jam. We love pineapple! I've made ham loaf since I was a kid helping mom but never did it in a crockpot. Haven't made it in a few years so I'll be trying it this way soon.

I always learn something from you. Today it was the couscous. I had never used that before. I also love ham loaf and now have a good recipe for in the crockpot.
I don’t have a crockpot but I used to use one for our family when we were dairying. It sure was convenient! I enjoy your channel as I also dehydrate, freeze and can food from my garden, and beef and pork from the farm.
The chicken must be good since he can’t stop eating long enough to say it’s good. 🤣😋😂😋
