- On New Year's Day, I had a VIP session with a client to help her refresh her Google Workspace for the coming year. After many hours of questions and answers, and explanations of helpful features and tips inside of Gmail, Calendars, and Tasks, Susan said “This is more exciting than getting a new planner, and that’s saying a lot.”
If you learn to use Google Workspace well, you might not even want a new planner either!

Hi, I am looking for a equivalent for Evernote and I want to use Google for this. My main question is can you, just like in Evernote, but a pdf file, text, .jpg in an note? Which Google app would be useful for.this?
Hello! Google Keep would be best for that type of keeping things together. You can Tag Notes, add photos, images, drawings by hand, and more. Test it out and let me know what you think. It is an App on your phone, too!
I want to set up an apointment booking calendar that includes seperate appointments with two or more providers in different time zones. Is that possible?
Hello! Each person would need to have their own Google Calendars, set-up in their own time zones. 2 options after that: They could each make booking pages and share the link to those separate pages on one webpage or in one email. Or 2) Then you could show both of those calendars on one Google Calendar, embedded in a website. I hope that makes sense.
EXCELLENT advice. I'd love to ditch the planner too!
Paper is necessary sometimes, but digital is better for long-term and capturing repeatable tasks, and reminding us to do things!

Good idea. Do you already have your Google Business Profile set-up? Do you have a website already? You should have both of those completed BEFORE you start Google Ads.

Great video. i want to use Google task but it doest use natural language like todoist or ticktick. and dont get me started on Google Keep. i use notion and i hate it, but it works for now since evernote is broken. I'm looking forward to more of your videos.
