G.Tasks needs Tags and a search bar on tip
Totally agree
@@gemiro1234 actaully tags and search are available on Google taskboard. Tags is apremium feature (you can try) while search is free on the board
Another great and fun video. Thanks!
Maybe one about Google Sheets & Calendar integration?
It's really simple and useful. Thanks.
You are welcome!
Great video! Thank you!
You are welcome!
For me a good video, thank you!
You are welcome! What was your biggest takeaway?
Good video
awsome
👍
Do you also have a RUclips tutorial about the Google Task-Keep integration. I get a little bit confused if I should use both or just Tasks of just Keep.
Stay tuned! Later this year, there will be more integrations between these 2 apps.
@@Simpletivity What do you know that we don't?
I know right, my suspicions have been raised! @@TheToobNube
For one, reminders in Keep will soon sync with Google Tasks and therefore also be reflected on your calendar.
@@Simpletivity I have been wanting this features for years! Finally!! If you have any more info on timeline, etc. I am all ears. Thank you!!!
Good stuff, I have some tasks that won't let me drag them into a newly created list. One is tied to an email, another is tied to a calendar invite, is that an issue?
Now, somehow you're persuading me to go back to Google Task and quit TikTick.
Maybe a short test for a short period will handle this problem.
Thank you for the confusion lol.
I need subtask
I need color coding for each list
You can add Sub-Tasks here within Tasks. But color-coding for each list is not currently available.
Is this part of Google suite out of the box, or is this a simplicity thing ?
Google Tasks is available to all Google users.
@@Simpletivity This kanban style interface for Tasks must be something relatively new. Thanks.
Yes, this full-screen toggle view within Calendar was introduced within the past year.
Hi Simpletivity, can i delete my current gmail account and create a new one.
Thanks for your time
Is it possible to have custom colors for each task list on Google Calendar?
Sorry, not at this time.
Is there anyway to assign different colours to different task lists in gcal?
I've tried just about every note taking app I can get my computer on. Do you know of any app that meets all of this criteria? I can think of one but that's about it. Am I missing one?
• Website app
• Mobile apps
• desktop app
• offline access
• reminders
• syncs well
• Nesting and subfolders
• reminders to email
• email to app
• free or low cost
• generous note limit
Flaw: in reality a task can be of a combination of Important, urgent, fun. that is not represented in your method
How so? If your task is all three, pop it in any list you like. Star it and you can still do what Scott did in the clip.
