yes i have google workspace for business i complete everything my self but still feel like google workspace aint for business at all seems like its more for personal so i guess there's something wrong with me or google workspace. only thing i found useful so far is the web site landing page and business email other then that seems the rest is useless maybe because theres no real info on how to make sheets and doc's work as one and no way to save everything on desktop to work on things offline so i guess i just paying to have a website and a business email. i have been looking for the last month on how to better use google workspace and find my self debate reather or not is google even worth the time or go with a system thats more user freindy that dont have to jump throught loops to get what i want done
@@mrjaxenhandyman It all depends on what you want it to do. Mostly Google has online / cloud-based functionality. But you can do everything you need in Docs, Sheets, Contacts, Gmail, Forms, and more. What are you trying to do for your business? I will be teaching a class for business owners in July about all the systems you can use - including Email Marketing to your clients and leads. Again, what do you want it to do that it won't do right now?

Very informative, thank you. One question: how can we integrate Google Workspace with Go High Level? If possible at all!
Definitely! Google Workspace should be your email provider (Gmail for business) and the core of your internal business (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Chat, Google Voice (if you want) and more. Plus your employees or contractors can/should have email there, too.
Go High Level is more customer-facing, with intake and feedback forms, a full Customer management solution (CRM), social media integration, and email automations.
I hope that clarifies. Go High Level definitely integrates with Google Workspace directly. Let me know if you want help integrating the two.
I signed up for workspace, small starter business, not standard. I purchased the domain from workspace, not having one. Does it transfer automatically to squarespace the domain I purchased from workspace? I have no URL link with the domain name on workspace. I have gmail account.
Hello! Yes. The domain will transfer automatically. You will not have to do anything other than login to Squarespace after the transfer when you need to access your domain settings.

Hello! Once you've set up your Google Workspace, you need to go to the Admin Panel and Activate Gmail. It's a little complicated, and I'd be happy to help if needed. Is the gmail for google workspace good for 1 person only? We cant seem to add more users for our email system.
Hello! If your email address ends in @gmail.com then it is NOT a Google Workspace for business, and you can only have 1 person. If you have an email address that matches your domain (ex. amy@cluttercare.net) then an administrator in the company need to access the Admin Panel (blue hexagon) and you can add users there. @cluttercare actually we have a domain name. Our problem is that we access the several emails in the same gmail google workspace account. Does having several users mean you have to pay separately for each user?
@@Arch.JosephChua Yes. You should be paying for each User. Then you get storage for each user, and you have secure access for each user. Otherwise, you are compromising security of the one account if you have many people accessing it. You have no control over permissions for each person, and apparently everyone can access the Admin Panel if they wanted to - which is not good. I hope that makes sense.
Is there any way I can forward my office landline number to Google voice on my mobile phone? My office phone is with the Xfinity networking. My cell phone is with Verizon Network. How can I achieve that so that when I make phone calls from my cell phone to my clients, on my client's end, it will show my office number instead of my cell phone numbers? Thank you very much!

If I sign up for Google Workplace, can I create a landing page? A newsletter? And be able to send automatic weekly emails to those who subscribe to my newsletter. I hope my question makes sense.
@@FitWithCyn1 Hello! You can DEFINITELY create Landing Pages (using Google Sites). There are at least 3 options for Newsletters: Blog (Blogger), Email Layouts, or a graphic PDF (Canva-like) and then link to it in an email. As long as your Contacts are Labeled correctly, or you have a spreadsheet of your Contacts, you can send emails to those who Subscribe. (I would use a Form to get them in!)

Hello @delroyc77. You WERE correct until recently. (I was VERY happy with my Google Domain!)
BUT Squarespace recently bought-out Google Domains, and Google now recommends Squarespace for domains: "Google no longer offers new domain registrations, but try Squarespace."

YES! Great question. You can add a Subdomain to your current Workspace and then choose which one you want to be primary.

is google workspace the same as shared google drive?
Shared Drives are part of Google Workspace - business Standard or higher. Please remember that Shared Drives are not the same as Shared Folders. I hope that helps. Let me know.
@cluttercare Yes, that helps, but when I go into my Google drive. I only Google workspaces and not shared Google Drive. It's also under my business domain name. I think I may have to ask my reseller to upgrade my account or something. What do you think?

why would I be connected and controlled by google workspace when I just want a regular gmail account? Please help. My children and I are being cyber stalked and I wonder if this is how they are taking control of our devices
Hello. You only need a Google Workspace if you have a business, and then you should be using it to ensure that others know you are a business. If you are a person with a Gmail account, you do not need Google Workspace. BUT please note that even with "just a Gmail account" most of the other Apps come with it - whether you use them or not. Checkout the 9 dots in the upper right of your Gmail account, and you will see. Good luck.
@@cluttercare Thank you. I see the other apps. When I open my gmail, it says google workspace. I just had a computer tech try and help me with cyber security but I don't think he did anything. I've tried everything to gain control over our devices for 2 years now. I also see signs of python connected to my computers. This is all over my head. Thank you for taking time to respond to me. My tech guy told me that gmail is now called workspace and thats why Im seeing that when I open my gmail.

Because if you are a business, as of Feb 1, 2024, you need to have a paid business account in order to send emails that will reach your customers without going into their spam, or not getting delivered at all.
