No, you don't need Google Workspace account but you do need an account with Integromat or Zapier. However, you can have access to wider integration features with a Google Workspace account.

Wow. I left you a detailed response and YT deleted it Basically just make a new email specifically for your band with your band's name. Don't mix your business and personal. If you can, you should get a whole new phone/device that you use your businesses email on so you can also receive all your business calls there. It will also be easier to schedule shows and meetings on your calendar without confusion. Make sure ur bandname is the same on the email, insta, Twitter, and RUclips if you can.
Until one day they randomly lock you out of an account for no reason whatsoever and never let you back in. Their recovery system is literally completely broken and there is zero customer service. So once it's gone it's gone.

There's a couple of tweaks you can make in the Admin page to make the spam filtering less aggressive in Workspace.

I suggest use the business account for both. It's easier to manager plus you can create a brand channel if you use the business account :)
