My question is I have website hosted outside Google but have a Google business profile as well. Can I transfer my domain name to Google for easier set up on Google Workspace. Not sure how it works. Thx in advance.

Thanks! Depends what you want to do. If your keeping your website you just need to connect your domain to GW. We have tutorials on this.

Manager under my apps. Would they be somewhere else
You can look under ‘more apps’ have you set up Google Business Profile yet? You do this first by searching on Google
