I agree with Rattle on one point : Caribou and her partner shouldn't have relied on their audience to raise the funds for a new computer. They could've easily cut back on their pokemon expenses for a while in my opinion. Which is why I also find it funny that he would call Caribou out on this when Gary has done way worse by committing tax fraud and using the pretext of charity to fund his lifestyle and personnal collection while little money actually goes towards the cause... At this point, the only really suspicious person he hasn't done a deep dive on is Gary... Wonder why...

It’s starting to seem like there’s a handful of people working together using their influence to control the Pokémon market and they want to force certain businesses out and take over. These people artificially inflate prices on products and singles. I can’t believe what happened to this hobby in only 2 years.
The sports card world has had this type of corruption for decades, Gary has previously mocked the idea of the FBI ever getting involved over Pokemon cards. There's more to come.

PokemonOverflow is probably one of the most underrated poketubers ive ever discovered. these doc style videos covering some of the biggest but also shadiest characters and exposing these people who have been inflating the market, ripping off their viewers and scamming their viewers. these are some of the biggest names in pokemon right now and theyre easily some of the shadiest too. everything around them from an outside glance is just fine and great until you look deeper into things as you did. excellent videos overflow! keep up the good work.
Ya this channel really opened my eyes to how these guys are inflating a bubble with all these highly publicized, high $ deals while they privately rug pull their equity out. At the same time they are pushing a new wildly speculative / collectible TCG with Metazoo where the demand for it is in no way organic and is a total rip off of Pokemon in many ways. It's just crazy that they have a public perception of being ordinary good hearted people who have a passion for a hobby. People need to start waking up to what's going on, it's such a brazen and ambitious scheme that these guys are in the process of pulling off in real time. Aoki and Gary are such scummy individuals, greedy charity scammers, just disgusting.
@@Mikedc100 those are all excellent points especially your last one mainly because of how disgusting it is. They are telling people they are doing everything for "charity" and for "autistic" kids or "brain research" and people put money into it thinking it's legitimate. All the while they scam people and artificially inflate prices of shiny cardboard to enrich themselves.

Leonhart is as much a scammer as these dumb fucks are. Take his 90's pop shop for example. Before he was going to do his 90's pop shop. He was promising the whole community this and that but when it came down to it, he couldn't execute. At first he said there would be vintage pack sold at retail price and never mention anything about having to buy tickets for entry. But in the end, he came up with the ridiculous tickets tier that did not matter which tier you bought them at. The only difference in all the tickets was only the general admission ticket since it was a ticket made up to guaranteed shit for the buyer and to "experience" what the "90s shop" was like. Before the event he was breaking the seal of all the vintage booster boxes he was going to "give" for the event on his channel to clarify that every booster was real and not fake. This was just an opportunity for him to be able to weigh the packs so he can keep most of the heavy packs to himself and give the all the light packs to community. He of course had to throw in a couple heavy packs for the event to make his "90s pop shop" look legit. During the live opening at the event, majority of the people pulled shit compare to the ones that actually hit. And before the week and a couple days before the event. He was pulling vintage booster boxes filled with all heavy packs on his channel and all those heavy vintage booster boxes just so happens to be all the same kinds of vintage products he was giving out for the event. All the dumbass that is riding leonhart's dick won't admit that his "90s pop shop" was a scam. While the one that is not riding his dick says that his "90s pop shop" was a scam and wanted their money back. He knew his "90s pop shop" was a fucking scam that's why he only made one video about it because he knew that the ones that knows is a scam will come out to speak more about it. So Leonhart is just another scammer banking in the pokemon world just like PokeRev.
man now it makes sense i remember watching rattles "investigation" and enjoying it so i subscribed and watched his other vids but when i saw his vids on caribou and him being friends with gary i unsubscribed like taking back a like on twitter lol and i couldn't reconcile that at the time i just knew the vibe was off and dipped.
i also remember his videos criticizing psa and other grading companies and my takeaway was "yeah i dont think grading is for me" but turns out its part of this larger thing with gary; wild.

Logan Paul is known for defending his goon squad , so when he was backing rattle.... he showed his hand . I had started to suspect that Logan and others knew the case was fake just to promote some drink, but I didn't know Gary was also involved. I knew Gary and Rattle were on good terms, but after seeing some of the Gary vids here was I surprised that Rattle hasn't said anything, though it makes sense not to as that would hurt a friendship. I'm not subbed to him [Rattle] but I do watch/listen to his vids, I'm sure he's mainly good, but I guess when Gary is involved some things change. Of course it makes me wonder about others he's associated with such as CTR and PK and their podcast, like whether they all know this or not, or if they do, if they can it to avoid issues.
That charity events with only 3 or 4 heavy boosters in a box was realy hilarious? I KNEW DIRECT RIGGED. I didn't know you did made a video off it, because i didn't knew you. That's the lesson. Accepting free gifts can discredit the whole futur. Who hasn't don it. Even when the boss says you may take something home and 2 years after he sends the police saying you stole it. Rattle did shake the tree before opening and maybe it's because he did, that the box was opened. When you see that only a few followed this and rattle's channel says enough how the pokemonworld has become greedy and toxic and egocentrc.

A lot of them have acquired rare and expensive parts of their collections from Gary, and have played a role in helping him manipulate the market. They know that by calling him out, they would be ending their own yt career as people would see them as part of the problem as well.

Garebear has been selling stolen cards on Instagram, he even left the evidence up for over 3 months and somehow Rattle has nothing to say. Micheal Barristo (Rattle) loves to accuse others of being guilty because they deleted a post, but somehow its justified when he or Gary Haase is the one doing it.
