- Nickolas Margiotti's company Discount Deals LLC has been running what is the equivalent of an unregulated/illegal casino under the name of Pokerev on RUclips for the past 4 years.

There is a guy in the spanish community with the user name of Madhunter. He sells over price Packs for his fans, he also opens them and continuously states that the cards have REAL prices and that in ten years they gonna have crazy prices. Also, he literally sells tickets for raffles that are very high cost, and his friends do the same. I make videos about him. Man sometimes i feelt crazy thinking of the spanish creators gambling attitudes, but, to add to PokeRev Influence, they are only copying what creators like him do.

Honestly ? Screw these kinds of people. I can only hope somehow a MASSIVE law-suit or similar is fired against these kinds of people, and they shut down.

I hope you upload more often. We need someone to keep these Poke peeps in check. Maybe even a video shouting out the people you like watching?
The way they get around it is they still ship you all the contents of the pack you’re paying for. If you spend $1000 on a pack any only get $30 worth of cards then oh well! They make pure profit no matter what’s pulled.
Yeah, I love Rev's normal content but when it comes to the rip & ships it's so scummy, I HATE how when somebody pulls nothing good he'll say something like "ah man I'm so sorry so and so" or make some fake sad reaction and then proceeds to give no extras or anything. That's why I think Pokevault does it right and I want to see him actually succeed

Opening packs/product gives the biggest dopamine rush. Pokémon Company knows this, once someone is at the point they are addicted to it, they decide to open their own store, or make a pack opening channel etc.
Pokémon company knows people will help advertise their own product for free, while PAYING to do so. All because of a dopamine rush. It’s very powerful.
I know it's weird, but I've been a huge fan of Rev since day one yet also have been salivating for you to release this video since you hinted at it. I LOVE your videos like this. Unfortunately It’s because you have influencers/companies like Pokerev telling millions that they can turn $300 into $3000.
You would at minimum have to spend over $1000 to be at odds to get a gold pack think about how many cards/packs you could have bought outright. When you gamble the house always wins!

That's crazy. I bought 10 pokerev mystery packs and got 2 gold 1 red. I bought 5 holiday ppkerev but those are investments. They are at 80 already lol

@@PokemonOverflow I'm aware of my spending. I keep sealed products, I buy singles, take my time to finish master sets and watch poketubers open packa. Like second hand opening lol I just see flaws in your video that could dive more into detail. All I got was pokerev stating pokemon is not investing is a form of gambling. Second market provides the market value of a card(which I dislike; scalpers, pumping, misleading, FOMO). You link crypto and pokerev, which is kinda weird. What's the point of that? Because crypto has a bad connotation? You also say the pokerev packs are "given" to certain Influencer's. Yet, there are countless of RUclips videos of random buyers opening gold? Also, brining that kids (that already in this space because pokemon is a children game) will be influence to bug these mystery packs. To that I say, good. That's bad parenting. Lol wait there is more, these poketuber give away free items. Booster box, mystery packs, the pulls of the videos etc. Just don't buy them if you don't have the money to lose
