Your videos are so packed with useful information and Alot of work goes into them for a very thorough analysis. Always a joy to watch and learn new things, Great work Tidge! 😁👍
Great content Tid, I used the 458gr3 at suzuka for the first race in the actual manufacturer...tricky, especially during the wet part of the race, let's see how it's gonna go in the Nurb in a couple of weeks
I really enjoy driving this car. I don't find this one as hard to drive as some of the commenters and prefer the loose nature of the car. Oh, and the sweet exhaust note of this car is so good. I'm on controller and VR.
Update, im now on wheel and pedals and the car was buffed for update 1.44. very much looking forward to the retest and it's currently running very very well at the Barcelona no chicane layout for daily race B.
I really enjoy these car profiles, as I always learn something new. The McLaren 650S looks like a very promising car in GT7, why don't give that a try? I bet it will be in the Top 5.
We've done a Beat the Meta already with the 650s which is worth checking out, I believe the 650s may have a BOP change soon so I'm just waiting before doing that one.
The 458 is a handling dream, but it’s Achilles heel has always been it’s inherent tail-happiness that only gets exaggerated in tire wear races. Believe it or not, this car is MUCH EASIER to drive in GT7 than it was in GTS
Until I played GT and ACC I never usually liked Ferraris. Then I tried this car and it felt so rapid through corners and seemed to fit my driving style. The top speed is a bit weak on some tracks so the Nurburgring manufacturers cup is going to be interesting
For the fuel test, should you use Optimum RPM instead of Maximum RPM? For those cars that peak prior to red line, they wouldn't normally be revved out during a race meaning the Maximum RPM test results are irrelevant, if that makes sense.
It's a question that keeps repeating itself (Quite rightly as well) but the idea is to show fuel usage at 100%, fuel usage at 1/4. Performance movements show how well the car can adapt to it and that's more of the idea behind it to be honest. So the Corvette is the perfect example where at 1/4 shift it performed better than maximum rpm, but what that shows is the car will be ridiculous at fuel saving as it already does it, so it means it can save even more if required. Hopefully that makes sense why we are doing it this way :).
It's as if PD have purposely made the 458 awkward to drive for being picky 😂 so no one drives it, the 488 and the new Ferrari in ACC is nowhere near as bad, and the Merc AMG in GT7 is way more stable than in ACC, there seems to be a lot of different interpretations of how GT3 cars handle within all these sims, ofc also due to the physics used, just to add I think the first tyre test is fine but interesting that other test gave the same results, in terms of comparison the overall comparison between FR MR is relevant to those same cars competing in a race but would be interesting to have a separate FR MR tyre wear leader board after all the cars have been tested, although anyone could go through your combined list to decipher an FR / MR list. cheers Tidge.
@@tidgney These leaderboards of profiles will be invaluable when it comes to choosing a manufacturer whether based on handling, fuel or power or a bit of all three attributes, appreciated Tidge 👍 I'm guessing you won't be doing Nords on Saturday ? I know it's not your fav track but it is 10 laps 🤣
I don't think the lack of the newer Ferrari GT3 cars is not that polyphony can't licensee them there just not interested at the moment. This series has really bought home how outdated the GT3 roster in GT7 is. Three different stock R32 model Skylines in GT7 already shows where Polies priorities are.
You'll be surprised, Ferrari are very particular so if you can do custom liveries they are even more concerned. It's why they even issue cease and desist in real life. I know in PCars2 Ferrari (Then Mclaren some time later) blocked custom liveries on their cars.
Thank you for all your efforts with all these car profiles and beat the Meta videos Tidge, they must take ages to put together.
No worries at all 😊! It does take a bit of time, but most of the time it's good fun, and unique to 😊
Love the 458, just wish it was more competitive more often!
The current 296 would be an epic addition to the game!
i think they should add the 488 as the new gr4 car and the 296 as the new gr3 car
Appreciate the effort man. Keep em coming. I would like to see if there is a difference between sprint and endurance BMWs.

Excellent as always Tidge, much appreciated!

Nissan GTR 2018 please tidge. Be interested to see how it compares to the supra & BMW

The most beautiful car ever created.
I have immense respect for anyone who can drive this thing. I know I can't handle it with the rear end being so slippery!
It’s not slippery at all
@@africkinn5341yes it is

Agreed in GTS I found it too loose and hard to manage but I was very happy that it felt much better in GT7, feels like a big go kart. Love it!
Ye it definitely is easier in GT7 than GTS!

Epic video once again. 🎉🎉🎉
A very nice car.
Ever since the pad change a long time ago. That understeer got very hard to deal with. Seems less of an issue on wheels

Hi Tidge, I'm not sure if anyone has asked before, but can you do a car profile for the Genesis X please 😉
I'm naturally a Porschephile, but can't wait 'til you put the Lambo through its paces.
Green is faster than blue, by the way 😉

What I'll try and do is add FR/MR to the actual leaderboard rather than seperate ones, should help a bit more I think

I much prefer the F430 to grind out a few million at LeMans. I still havent mastered the 458!
Tidge, can you advise the ideal shift point for the car on max performance i.e. the supra is about 3/4 shift
The Toyota Supra (The New one) isn't actually 3/4 anymore from what I tested 👀, but it can short shift and not suffer.
Thanks @@tidgney, I'll drive accordingly
Can you do it for lamborghini gr3 please

Alfa 4C please @tidgney as I’d be interested to see how the tyre wear compares for this weeks race c
That ones already been done Spyder 😜
My vote goes to the McLaren F1 GTR again! :D
Mustang!!!
McLaren and AMG 20. Pls 🙏🙏🙏

it's really time to get newer model of ferrari from PD :/
Gentleman's area?
Please tell polyphony that the server issue for sport mode is making the game unplayable for a lot of us
It's been constantly fedback by alot of people. Patch/Maintenance tomorrow which hopefully fixes it!
