This is sooooooo goooood! Just made it - incredibly simple and the dough is easy to work with. I could eat this all day 🤤 I used 150g of mung bean, like the description says (in video it’s 50g). I will make this often ❤

That's awesome, matcha is an all time favourite flavor, it's pricey though but the taste is really good.

Yes agreed. But good news is that you use usually only 8-10 grams per recipe. So it usually lasts me for 4-5 recipes. Yeah !!

Mung beans have green shells right? Can i use the regular mung beans with the green shell, or using the split type offer a different flavor?

Hello. Yes Mung Beans are green. I have never used them instead of the yellow version. I think it will be very different in texture due to the skin. And the skin comes on my off of you soak it for a while. But once soak, the bean itself is very soft. Not sure if that will be to your liking 🤔
