    @ cooking with BG, I just baked this cake and it came out beautifully. Do I wrap the cake in cling wrap while it is still hot. From sunny South Africa 🇿🇦

      I let it slightly cool…because the moisture will stick to wrap if not…HOW WAS IT???

      Right…that flouring the pan just takes too long…I hated doing it growing up

      @@CookingwithBG… TFS, I use to use baker’s joy, but started tasting a ‘chemical’ taste so I went back to the old school way…next I’m going to try the ‘cake release’ formula 🤔

      @ tfs??? I be so lost on these abbreviations😁….i haven’t had any complaints as far as chemical taste though..,I hated the old school way …just seem like it took more time or something

      I’ve only used vegetable oil but I have seen it done with canola oil
