U can use either friend. I’ve made the cake with all purpose flour before and with swan and either way it turned out great. I think I like the swan a little more though.

When I made mine I also made a carrot cake so I needed a lot more frosting. If you follow the one I did in the video you will have a lot of frosting left over.
