- Hi everyone! Welcome to my new 'Culinary Mashup' series, where I'll explore what national dishes from around the world could have looked like if they were invented by different countries, similar to my 'Inspired by' series!
In this episode, I am using the same ingredients that I utilized for the roast dinner to create the "Yorkshire Burritos", along with cheese and baked beans.

Very creative idea, culinary mashup. Yorkshire burritos...makes me think about breakfast tacos here in San Antonio, Texas USA. Potato and egg tacos. Potato, bean and cheese tacos. All kinds.
