I swear it's the smallest things that you find another person do that lead to big life hacks. I saw that you microwaved garlic bulbs around the 3 minute mark, and I just had to figure out why you did that. Come to find out, it's a great way to peel garlic. Thanks for the knowledge chef.

The momo making demonstrations was hilarious. The gyro wraps were hugeeeee. The guys who came early were lucky because they received 4 momos.
