If this guy isn’t getting paid at least 40 grand a year doing this then he is being under paid imo. He isn’t just serving beans on toast he is practically running his own cafe serving customer after customer single handedly. Pure skill and organisation watching him work.

When you work retail food service, you literally cannot get past a customer without them complaining or demanding, even if everyone does everything perfectly, they always make a demand at the last second. People rely a lot on other people to feed them and I feel like that isn't talked about enough.
Where are you based? Which country? I'm curious. I had many comments like this from the US, must be annoying. I serve mostly the same customers every day, so I have a good relationship with everyone, this can be misleading 👌😀👍

I'm drooling as breakfast in my main meal. Some people think cooking is easy... but don't realize the hazards in the kitchen ... like a burn that can happen in a nano second of distraction. (which is why I personally kick everyone out of my kitchen so I can concentrate safely) You make everything look so effortless that I think comes from years of experience... Be safe! Gladys
