You channel is an absolute asset i would be happy to pay for. It has helped me really absorb these meaningful quantifiable units of ideas which really matter in comparison to reading the whole book which contains a lot of the clutter you don't really need to read.

I'm not sure I agree. Sir. The music is put there to represent the first example. It's taking you away from your one thing.
Focus - and get ad block. Drop twitter if you use it; use for news a couple of times a day.
I had trouble hearing your narration clearly as the jangling background music was too loud and the tempo inappropriate.
How do you create videos like this? With the animation and voice over? Is there software or a free web-based tool? Love it 🙌🏻
Context switching is sooo over-exaggerated.
1) It saves you from BURNOUT intraday (headaches)
2) It allows you to view your project w/ FRESH EYES when you come back hours later
