      @@razcocloud6312 If you document everything you do, every business optimization you came up with, everything you did to do your job, why won't the company just replace you with someone less experienced, but cheaper. If you make yourself replaceable, why won't the company, who only care about getting the job done, replace you, if they can get everything you did get done for cheaper. It's better for their bottom line
      There's only so far, that your and your company's incentives align. If it's in the best interest of the company, you can be sure they will replace you. So you've got to look out for your own interests too
