    Hellooooooo Polly, Cooper and all at PfP!
    I always enjoy your standing classes as they really challenge my balance issues and I thought today’s class was no exception. Pace and timings were spot on and, with the exception of a few elements, I just about managed this whole workout from start to finish, yay! I really enjoyed dancing to the upbeat music - makes you feel good right from the outset :O) I also loved watching Cooper, watching you, and then eyeing up all the goodies spread around the floor waiting for his queue to eat them :)
    I was able to do the backward steps, but then struggled when trying to do the larger lunges; Saying that, I did manage a few after going back over them a few times, which I was chuffed about, especially as I didn’t fall over, ha! I also wasn’t able to do the forward kick and the backward lunge without holding onto to something to help me, but was able to when I improvised. I’m very careful and do make sure I work in a safe space, so no worries about hurting myself.
    Loved also the Kangaroo section but I definitely need to practise spelling kangaroo backwards - I was totally rubbish at that and I couldn’t manage to do the fast feet either - I really struggled with this exercise, so I do need to work on that one a lot more. Good enough reasons for me to go over this workout again 😊 Some great new moves Polly, which I thoroughly enjoyed, as well as the photos of Austin - very nice feature. I’m also feeling really energised too which is just great :D

We love that you are sensible in approaching the exercises as you do, keeping them safe and knowing that when we practice them they can get easier for us. We love using the music also, and will try to use more in future classes. Walking backward and spelling kangaroo backward are not easy things to do--(believe me, I have to practice these things too)! Cooper is pleased that you noticed he was on good behavior in this class (he actually waited until I gave him permission to eat the treats)--

    Very good Polly. 1- standing 2- some new moves not done before 3- beneficial especially for cardio and balance 4- 30 minutes + is just the right length 5- enjoyed the panoramic tour of Austin-was the kangaroo visiting? and of course pls do give Cooper a hug for me.

    G'day Polly and Cooper! The australian "good day" was in honor of kangaroo. Just recently I learned that a newborn kangaroo is of a very small size, less than a newborn human. Grows to a full size in about 2-3 years but dies at age 22. Poor fellow. As far as this session, Polly you included a number of innovations and music, which is very good idea. I loved it.
