If anyone ever wondered why Javier is aiming his gun towards the sky, during production the actor who plays Javier felt the same as us as his character sided with Dutch and requested that his character not have his gun aimed at Arthur and John.

I get where Javier was coming from. He credits Dutch for saving his life and looked up to him for it and was loyal until the very end. He was also loyal to John and Arthur. Javier was the only one who pointed his gun up and not at Arthur and John. I think Javier took John coming for him as a betrayal

Killing gang members is illegal, then why did Dutch tolerate Micah? This is the thing that doesn't make any sense in this game. Javier and Bill knows this, so why did they side with Micah?
Dutch tolerated Micah because Micah told Dutch everything be wanted to hesr and encouraged Dutch to do the insane shit Arthur and Hosea tried to stop Dutch from doing.
Bill and Javier were too loyal to Dutch. Bill clearly believed Arthur and John were the traitors, Javier less so, but even trying to be neutral he was still siding with Dutch over Arthur and John
