I like how Abbie shared her own breakfast choice! Only makes sense right after Rachel showed hers.
Formal request for an over night timelapse video of Blaze sleeping on the office couch. Or at least a video of him reorganizing the cushions.
Loove Abby’s intro with her food she’s so cute
As someone 10 years older than you, at some point you're doing all the things at the same time to manage pain. Hope you heal fast! Cheers!
Hey Rachel! Love watching all of your videos! My question is.....Who and how and when did Miso become part of the family? Is Miso part of the family? So many questions!
Hey Rach, as a chronic pain sufferer and someone who has dealt with basically every therapy you could possibly imagine and has gone through multiple surgeries, painful injections, every type of treatment you could literally imagine I highly recommend that you do go to physio. Back injuries are no joke, this is something that has been flaring up for you on and off for some time now, the way you explain it makes me think that it's more SI related most people think that SI only affects your butt area but in fact it actually can really affect the lower back in the area that you have been explaining having that constant compression feeling and the pain that you have expressed I highly recommend physio at least twice a week, the manual muscle releasing, combined with the myofascial releasing also dry needling and get them to work in your hips believe it or not the hips actually create most of the back issues even though you may not feel issues in your hips just wait until they start digging in there and you will be like good Lord what is happening to me I wish you nothing but the best and I really do hope that you get some relief and the help that you deserve sending nothing but love and healing vibes.
Rachel, I'm not sure if you've had success removing the cat urine scent, but try diluted vinegar if you haven't! It's cheap and does a wonderful job. I had a cat urinating repeatedly on furniture. I just sprayed diluted vinegar all over it, waited about 10 minutes, then wiped it up.
Who loves abbie intro of food

You have 3xs as many animals as when I first started watching your channel! Its awesome!!! How is Gayle anyway? 🥰🦎♥️☀️
My chiropractor is an all rounder doing adjustments, exercises and muscle work and it's been a dream, started feeling a difference about 3 sessions in, fingers crossed for you x
My kids (now adults) recycled many cans and bottles to pay for homeschooler’s day at Magic Mountain for many years. Good times haha.
Lovve that Abbie shows her Breakfast for us she is slowly coming out of her Comfort of not being in the videos. Keep at it abbie and at ur own paste. ❤

It's raining here too
As someone who has worked in massage therapy and in physical therapy, I can say everyone likes what they like and nothing can really hurt (as long as you're seeing licensed professionals). Massage and chiropractic work can help things feel better in the short term, but stretching and exercise can help in the long term and prevent future issues. So if your chiropractor can incorporate all of that, go that route!!
But imagine a series "Testing Comment Recommendations for " like a spinoff of Product Testing videos but slightly different. I think it'd be great!
Been moving all day feet hurt thanks for the uploading
Hey girl! Again Brava for keeping up with the energy bunnies around you ❤❤❤❤
Thanks for starting my yawn marathon! Those things are contagious!
