I've never refrigerated my peanut butter, even the natural ones (and I'm an older, pre-internet person). By the way, instead of using the device you have to stir it, just store it upside down and the oil won't separate 😊

We always put our peanut butter and bread in the fridge growing up. Now we go through a large jar and 2 loaves every week so it just goes in the pantry

It takes me and my husband at least 6 months if not longer I have had peanut butter in the back of the fridge that was only half gone from 2 years ago. I don't see what you use it for like one ppj a year or baking.

I’m here to defend you. I rarely have a jar of peanut butter more than a couple of weeks. Why buy it if you don’t eat it?
We keep it in the fridge because the consistency is easier to spread for our dog than the runny stuff.

I watch Rachel's vlogs every day, but I must not have paid attention somewhere because I missed any info on where Miso came from and if it's now their dog or what. The first time I seen Miso was the vlog where she traveled to the east coast to go see Abby at her parents house.....but no where in that vlog does she say anything about her owning the dog...just that it was her travel buddy. So could someone kindly fill me in on what I missed, please? Thank you 😊
I think it’s their dog but she never talked about it.. there is a limit on how many cats and dogs you can have in your household in california (I think 3 or 4 in total) unless you have a special permit. So I guess she will fill us in whenever she got the permit or not at all 😄

Peanut butter in the pantry… I put my bread in the fridge. I live on my own so I buy some frozen meals to heat up when I can’t be bothered cooking and when I’m financially tight I get creative cook with whatever I have.

We have natural peanut butter so yes it's always in the fridge. Never had it be hard to spread. Maybe because we stirr it before using each time. Our is only peanuts

Abby is naked most of the time because she actually comes back to me LOL

I've never in my 32 years of life put peanut butter in the fridge 😅 So I've learned something new today too 😂 I figured it'd make spreading more difficult if in the fridge. I just keep on my kitchen counter because I love a good drive-by scoop of PB at least once a day.

I thing it's a genX thing. Me grandparents never put it in Freg but my mom did. I did for 40 hrs then moved to a cooler state and now leave it out. But sunbutter in regard upside down all the time.
If a jar of peanut butter lasts 2-3 WEEKS, it is only because one or more in our household is sick. Months....HA!!

I do not put my peanut butter in the fridge because if you put your peanut butter in the fridge, it gets hard which makes it harder to spread my peanut butter stays on my shelf

Labels exist for a reason. EVERY condiment will tell you if it needs to be refrigerated after opening. When I learned that years ago I found many things in the fridge that never needed to be there.

What about ketchup? Most people put in the fridge. But some of my coworkers think it's ok to leave it in their lockers unrefrigerated.
Depends on the type of ketchup. If it’s individual packets, it can be left out because of the vacuum sealing process for the packets. If it’s a bottle, it should be refrigerated after the seal is opened. The lids on bottles don’t always keep bacteria out and it can cause mold growth
