Yes, I just paint the back a solid color and varnish. Since these are going to be packed up and put away every year I add extra varnish for protection.
Im in Uk, so is their anywhere here where I can get the bottles paint etc., is all the things I would need available in Uk Amazon, or anywhere else. I don't think ordering across the pond would be possible as the postage would be twice the price of the items. Thanks you have inspired me. hugs x Ann x

I ship to the UK all the time. I do understand that the cost of postage and customs taxes can be high.
