Can you fit an aftermarket mattress in this? I have a twin XL mattress that I bought from an RV store because I always found the mattresses provided by trucking companies were too uncomfortable for me.

I have always admired the VNL models, especially the latest generation. As a driver in Europe, there are a couple of features I cannot quite understand. As one, why haven't the Nord America manufacturers not made it possible to keep the driver's shoes, on the steps, for example? I happen to sleep in the truck, and think it helps keeping the hygiene better inside. Next is the power of majority of the trucks - why rarely anything above 600 p? I know it maybe has to do sth with the geographical outlook, but still 😢 This, leading to the usage of V8s - why is gone? In Europe, Scania is the only manufacturer still keeping it, having to do with their legacy, but why not in North America? And lastly - what is with the urge to put chrome on everything?
We need a bigger sleeper, a bigger refrigerator that can hold enough frozen and fresh food for at least 2 weeks and of course a good ac/heater system that will allow you to stop idling the truck and a good inverter to be able to power your kitchen stuff to cook delicious meals and not having to eat at a truck stop all the time.
They never listen driver ,small refrigerator, not enough cabinets, so many buttons confusing don't like grill its look like saving materials bad designers they should fired them
Top of the roof from peterbielt interior dashboard and driver lounge from Cascadia and side skirts from KW nextgen it’s mixed lol that truck is not Volvo 😂😂😂

Шо на рипящим пне сидишь пластмассовое гамно. Я купил 23 года . Гамно. Предыдущее 16 года тоже купил новый. В 100 раз бал лучьше и красивее в салоне.. Вольво с каждым годом делает всё хуже. Из дешового пластика . Расчёт такой что бы 1 или 2 в месяц заезжал на дилер. Ну а тебя там по полной разденут..

I believe there are overall length limitations in European countries, not just the trailer as in North America, that dictate cabover tractor designs.
Why, Europe has the FH16 Aero and Globetrotter cab over models that are on par with these trucks.
