@@AllPutTogether I LOVE the lidded box--almost appears like hammered copper, though I know you said it's wood. So lovely. It's also fun to see the origins of your little lion tapestry, since I've noted from more recent videos how cute it is hanging in your gallery wall.
Ooh I’m so excited about your chance to sell in person! Would love to hear the breakdown of what the cost was to be there and how you sold. Maybe a quick reel? All the begins the scenes is great! Also love that you highlighted all the other vendors and I plan to go check them all out!
Andi ☀️ I would have loved to gone to that sale!! There was so many good deals & so much to buy! I think I would have been Junk drunk! I'm so happy you did well at the sale. Honestly my favorite thing you got for yourself was that jacket 🧥!!! It looks so good on you❤! It looked like it was made for you. Such an interesting day! I'm sure you are tired it look like a lot of work but a lot of joy 😊 thank you for taking us along❤
Lots of beautiful things here Andi. Wish I could have been at the market. Just a tip re wax. Put the items in the freezer overnight... it shrinks, often just falls out in a block, or you can give it a bit of a push with something and it just cracks/crumbles out. Much easier than melting and no wax gets down the plughole to harden and block the sink. :)
I would have totally never thought to freeze it! Way better idea. I know it's silly, but old wax grosses me out so the less I have to handle it the better. ;) Thanks for the tip!
Thank you Andi for the behind the scenes video of the preparation and set up of the show!! There’s so much hard work involved, kudos to you and Taylor for your wonderful achievement!! Your booth looked AMAZING!!!
Weee!! Such a great video, and an amazing event! I bought a few things, but I have yet found an urn :( (if you remember, that was me!) Hope to see you future markets!!
Love your videos. So fun to watch you and hear your commentary. I see a lot of prep goes into these sales and the info is so helpful. Thanks for taking the time to do this and take us along for the ride.
Thank you!!! I'm prepping for another market soon and plan to do a video about that too. It's smaller, so a different strategy than the big markets. :)
This video was so much fun to see. I WILL be at this sale next year and I WILL shop your booth😀. You and Taylor did an amazing job with your booth setup……I love how you styled everything. And that vintage jacket is so cool and it looks amazing on you…..how fun. Hugs to you and Taylor❤️
I really enjoyed this video and behind the scenes look. Love your finds and style. Very tempted to plan a trip out west (from eastern 🇨🇦) to see this market next year. Also, Bon Ami is French for Good Friend-appropriate name of a household cleaning staple.
Yes, you should definitely come! We have so many amazing thrift and vintage shops in PDX, it would be worth it. And I totally didn't make the French connection to the name. Very appropriate - I love the stuff.
I loved the video and are planning on doing our first one on April 27th. TO say I am streesssssiiiinnnnngggg is accurate. But I will rewatch the video for tips and tricks many times between now and then!! Definitely will try Bon Ami as Brasso hurts my lungs…doesn’t encourage me to want to clean what needs to be done. Again, thanks for your videos, vlogs or whatever you want to label them…they have valuable information in them.
Fantastic video and getting me pumped for my market this coming Friday. I’m dying to know though what is in your five dollar grab bags. Can you give me a general idea of how many items you put in the bag and if you’re putting things in that are breakable do you wrap them up? Can people see in the bags before they purchase them or are they sealed shut? And finally do people ask if they can mix and match the items in different bags, I can foresee that happening lol! Thank you so much for really helping other vintage vendors especially like myself!
I loved this video and I loved your jacket looked like so much fun. If your there next year, I’m going for sure. I was in Washington DC IN June! Did you sell most of your items, or did you come home with a lot ?
Great video, loved the behind the scenes. Couldn’t make it up to PDX this year for the market, hopefully next year. The booth looked spectacular, so clearly the hard work paid off. 🌸
Thanks so much! We didn't do any pre-planning for the booth layout so I'm so grateful it came together. And yes, you should definitely make it up for the next one! :)
Really fun video. I would just like to know what the cost breakdown is of doing a show like that and how much you ended up making. Maybe you can add that info to another video as I’m sure others would appreciate that info. 😊🤑
There were so many Kokeshi dolls at the show - I regret not getting more. Although I'm trying to be good about growing my collection, adding slowly. With as much thrifting as we do, we can accumulate stuff fast!
Vinegar, Coke , baking powder etc on metal is a no-no , it ruins the metal it etches. To polish it for looking good at a sale it works, but for the longetivity of the item, and for antiques and vintage it is a no,no. France they use a powdered clay ( natural) in norway they sell it as a cleaning product, it works great. Try and search for french powdered clay for cleaning next time
It was enjoyable to watch the process of preparing items for sale, setting up and browsing other people’s stalls. The jacket is a piece of art.
Thank you!! It was fun to do a bit more behind the scenes this time. And I agree - that jacket is a forever piece!
The jacket should be your “sales jacket” 😊
I’m new to Andi’s channel, and I just love it. She’s improved my thrift game, and she’s funny and adorable.
😊 thank you
Bon ami is good friend in French. Also Nancy is a town in France.
You're totally right, Nancy probably is the town name! I have another lidded box that is similar and it has the town name on it too. :)

Andy, so sweet of you to highlight all the other vendor's
Watched Vintage Booth Setup!!! Your selections for the show are lovely and a win win!!! I am sure all your hard work paid off!!!💞💞🙃💞💞
Yes, It was a great success and we hope to do it again this year.
Omg I need that giant brass horse for my house 😍😍😍😍
It's amazing! My friend found it for a steal.

That jacket is still one of my fav pieces in my wardrobe!
Loved it! Your new jacket is PHENOMENAL
Thank you! I don't want to wish the summer away, but I can't wait for it to get colder so I can wear it. :)

LOVE THOSE LITTLE DOLLS AND THE CUTE LEOPARD BOOKENDS 😊
Great video!!! The market favorite are the Kakashi Dolls!!! I hope to find one some day!!!💞💞🙃💞💞
I've added so many dolls to my collection since then!
Great video! You all worked really hard.
Thank you!! 🥰

Thank you so much 🙂! So great to meet you in Aurora. Look forward to us all doing it again soon!
Weee!! Such a great video, and an amazing event! I bought a few things, but I have yet found an urn :( (if you remember, that was me!) Hope to see you future markets!!
Of course I remember you! Our chat was so hysterical - I loved it. I actually saw a huge urn at the coast this Sunday and totally thought of you!😂

Always so tempted to do a longer show. Love the jacket.
Thank you! I can't wait until it's cool enough outside to wear it.
I will be visiting your Etsy store. Love everything your eyes tell you to buy.
Thank you so much! :)

Aww thank you!! When you're in town for the next one, we will all have to do another day out thrifting! It was so much fun.
@@AllPutTogether I’m looking forward to the next shop along with Laura. I’m still smiling from the day and new friends I met😀

It was such a great show! I’m so glad we could design and run a booth together! Our items always vibe well together 😘😘
