I saw this movie _once_ years ago, and watching _A Quite Place 2_ made me remember it. Couldn't recall the name of it. I Googled "movie dog fence snow" and finally found it!

I love the concept of this. Almost every zombie movie is like the beginning or right after and finding irradiation, but this is saying Afterwards--but wait, nevermind it changed. This is making the most of a clichéd film industry. I applaud that...just hope it'll be good
Huh. I just looked this up after remembering it and apparently lots of people didn't like it? But it's one of the few actually good zombie movies that exist.

Awesome movie, great acting, serious suspense. The creatures in the movie reminded me of the clickers from The Last of Us ps3 game, totally blind and react to sound. The movie is a mish mash of:
I am Legend, 30 days of Night, The Walking Dead, The Thing, The Descent, Dreamcatcher.
Defo worth a watch! 8/10

This was better then I expected.
Winter setting in a isolated place, drama and a bit of horror, so don't be expecting a ""Dawn of the Dead"" movie.
The monsters reminded me of the creatures from the movie ""The Descent"" which if you haven't seen you should.

30 Days Of Night environment with I Am Legend creatures...interesting
I usually hate a lot of movies I watch but this movie was great, don't know why so many people thought it was bad one of the better movies people produce these days.
This really reminds me of the novel Extinction Cycle. Where the "zombies" aka the Variants evolve over time and they're pale, fast-moving creatures where they can lay traps and even communicate if it's an alpha.Will have to rent this movie and watch it but seems like the closes thing we'll get to the novels
Pleasantly surprising this movie was. I didn't hear anything about it until I watched it and found it great. Zombies, End of the world apocalypse, What's not to like about it! 8/10

Even my favorite critics seemed waaaay off on this one, as it was far better than reviews made it sound-it was less zombie invasion than tight character-driven drama.

after watching the whole movie every time that I woke up in the middle of the night I tried not to open the lights when I go to the bathroom downstairs and I always check on the window after potty break to see what's going on outside. that Creepy crawly humanoid monster sure is scary!

Heavily underrated movie
Zombies evolve till they can talk and have emotions again and now everyone friends eventually, they evolve till they are alive again.
Moral of the story: Always brush your teeth before bedtime.

Seriously the best acting came from the little girl... i better not talk about the rest of the actors...
I enjoyed the movie but wtf is up with the dad telling his daughter to obey him in a barricaded house. Take a chill pill. The best part is that her real dad is actually much more chilled and realistic with alot less grudges. So tragic about the dog WTF, that really pissed me off, it could have been saved if the fake dad had pulled the trigger on the bloody zombie instead of living in hate. The real dad was the bigger person from start to finish but he should have told his daughter that he is the real daddie rather than being given a hard time from the fake dad who killed his dog and almost killed him when in fact he was rushing back to save and alert them including bringing back a toy for the lil girl! Make your blood boil.....
I couldn't agree more.. that's what annoyed me too.. and that it was a shame that she was losing her real dad at the end.. at the end of the day.. the real dad is the hero
