One problem with the accuracy of the pain of the bear trap, you wouldnt feel it for a bit, you would definitely see it but would not feel the pain, this is because of the nerve damage and nerve loss in your leg, the less nerves you have, the less pain you will feel, in this case, because of the clamping of the bear trap, it kills all nerves near the teeth and loses the nerves from the ankle down

That's what I thought. Prequels are actually pretty good if those producers know how to make good use of them. Movies like lets say WWZ. They can make prequels detailing the start of the first outbreak how it exactly happen, how the government dealt with it. They can even make like spin-off like lets say how Israel build the wall, fortified the city, how they deal with the zombies after they breach into the city. They can make one detailing how Philadelphia, or even in Korea how the base got attacked first and the aftermath and so on. So yeah I personally think they should make a prequel about this too.

I think it’s pretty much accepted though the alien muscles and skin (being strong enough to break through steel and pretty much anything) is strong enough to survive that journey. That asteroid or whatever it was might’ve just been a large egg or something that carried tons of them. You’d think that phase only starts when all the screaming, radios, car sounds and animal sounds in the town have been taken care of. Animals usually react to disaster far faster than humans do because of their superior senses, it would make sense that a dog would bark alerting others in its vicinity of the danger and they also can bark at threats which the meteorite is clearly one.

I was eating soup when the first beast hit the cop car. Scared the bejeezus out of me and my soup shot all over the table. 😬

I love the subtle conversation between John and Cillian when he asks Cil if he heard from his brother on the base - implying that he brother is US Military.

This movie is just as good as the first movie if not better, John Krasinski directed both these movies flawlessly.

Absolutely spectacular and horrifying opening. The directing is amazing and it manages to put you in the character's shoes. I do wish we got to see more people get killed by making sounds like the lady at 8:23 but that probably would've pushed the rating to an R.

If I’m not mistaken & I might be, but I think the woman in the overalls who hugs Emily Blunt is Noah Jupe’s real mom. ☺️
