Heralding the return of the worldwide hit, a new chapter unfolds as Gi-hun comes back with an agenda, having given up on leaving for the US.
The math guy was lowkey the MVP of this game. He was like "I'm statistically guaranteed to die so I might as well go out like a badass" and got like 5 tiles right
He said the chance of him getting all the tiles correct is 1 in 32,768. Which means he is screwed. However, the chance of people winning the lottery in the USA is like 1 out of 200 million. Yet, people are so gullible thinking they can do it. That's why people shouldn't play the lottery when they know they will almost lose 100% of the time.
@@AceCorr slightly different stakes though. Playing the lottery costs a bit of money and you might be the 1.
@@AceCorrtotally different
@@deanooooooo6496 "slightly" different.. SLIGHTLY ?!
@@bensontauro7706 To be fair, some people have a complete gambling problem. Yes, you only lose $1 or $2 for a lottery ticket and you win $100 million or more if you win. However, the chances of you winning is like 0% and the chances of you losing is like 100%. Then, you might psych yourself saying if you buy 1,000 tickets your odds of winning are much greater. If you still lose, you might end up so addicted you buy 1,000 tickets every week. That's how these people got here in the first place. Gambling addicts and then owe large sum of money to banks and loan sharks.
If people didn't gamble then fewer people would be in this situation in the first place.

imagine they broke the tempered glass because of the two bodies and the next person thought they were safe only to break through the non tempered glass
at first i was thinking "why not just walk on the metal or grab on when you fall" but then i remembered that guns exist 💀
The metal is electrically charged. You can tell because there are lights on the side of the rails that would require power, and the glass undergoes dielectric breakdown. Dielectric breakdown happens when glass (an insulator) is under very high voltages, which causes it to break down and conduct electricity. This can generate intense heat due to resistance or create mechanical stresses that cause the glass to crack or shatter. This is also the reason they had to remove their shoes.
@Its-TY333 that makes sense
Like the other guy said, but also, the glass was attached to the top of the rails. You would have sliced your hands and possibly your forearms wide open if you tried to grab on before you fell. I don’t think there was a rule stating you COULDN’T grab on, though. I mean, there wasn’t a rule that said “you must die if the glass breaks.”

@@scriptedjava9265 yeah, but if you had the choice between a massive fall and cut hands, i think it would be obvious, also it would be human instinct to grab onto the closest thing you can find before you fall. and plus, since the size of the jumps are big, to keep yourself from falling off you lean forward a bit to balance yourself out, so when it breaks you will have a little momentum.

@13:00 that look of terror on Deok Su's face as he realizes whose behind him. For all of his strength, I really think he feared Her more than any of the other men there.
The character development is so good. He’s a bully, and usually bullies fear those that they can’t control. She was his kryptonite

Every game was thrilling tbh
It’s thrilling but honestly the worst one to do since there so much RNG.

People are d*umb, if they actualy watched the whole show in this episode the VIPs are complaning because the Glass maker guy made it easy for them, + if they walked on the sides they wouldve most likely get shot or the bar isn't that strong to carry people, there is no pole under the bridge that maintains the middle, if too players are on the bar it would probably fall appart, the glasses is what maintain the balance

This whole game is unfair, It's a luck based game

Yeah that’s being equal, the dude had an advantage
@@rtixboi
The guards said to survive the games, and people used strategies to survive
In tug of war, if the enemy team is stronger than your team they have the advantage but if you have a strategy, your team might actually survive
In red light, green light you could hide behind other people for cover (that's a strategy)
In dalgona, you didn't have to use your needle to carve out your shape if you could just lick it from behind to melt the outline(that's also a strategy)
But in this game, you're forced to either die to let other people live cuz you don't know which glass will keep you alive and which don't and they said to survive, not sacrifice yourself to let others live (how's that being equal?) the only strategy here is to force other people into the wrong glass
017 checking the glass is his strategy to survive and he would rather survive like the guards said than just sacrifice himself
Oh wait, the VIPS were having a FUN time watching people fall to their deaths playing an unfair game and when someone was not dying they thought it was not fun and the Frontman turn the lights off because the VIPS want another hilarious death to laugh at HAHAHAHHA

@@mamiedubingo not just that... Outlandish plot, lacking emotional depth, unlikable characters, and no thrill at all.
Many say that Gi-Hun was the luckiest, but remember Gi-Hun was the one who was calm under pressure, had the presence of mind in critical situations (remember game 2 and the Tug of War game) and was also the most humane by nature (he felt bad whenever any other of his teammates lost, not many felt that). And at the end of all of it, he leaves majority of the money for Sang-Hoo's mom and that girl's brother.
So HE DESERVED ALL THAT LUCK. Fortune favours the one who deserves it.
I like how the first guy looks in terror, realizing he made the biggest mistake of his life by opting to go first😍.
The craziest part of this is that it gets the other contestants to kill each other. While they are all at risk of dying, the time limit adds an incentive for the ones in the back to push the ones in the front
As if being in the front isn't already a major disadvantage in and of itself!
fucking brilliant show
Always found it crazy, how every time someone got pushed they just so happen to hit the broken glass XD
I agree. Would be super awkward/funny if it didn't break
@@bossmen6665or worse, if the glass was the correct one, but it still broke
@@clursunnyLuckily if that was the case every single one of the remaining players would agree to leave because they would be guaranteed to die if they didn’t cast a vote to leave.
@@gameralexgeometrydash2654the 2nd rule tho : players arent allowed to stop playing the game once they’re in it, for example if they wanted to leave they shouldve done it before the 5th game
@@TheAlgobloxian That's incorrect; Gi Hun invokes rule 3 right as he was about to win. The Final Game had began and they were in the middle of playing it. Rule 3 states a player can call for a vote to end the games at anytime.
What was terrifying is that something like this could actually be happening in the world and we wouldn't even know it. The rich being bored and aren't happy with movies, and need 'live' entertainment.
