Don’t worry about lovin on Plant too much. His voice and swagger and sense of humour making a great model of masculinity with a little femininity (sensitivity, thoughtfulness, emotionality) in his lyrics and his voice that have made a lot of us guys ask ourselves if we like him or just wanna be like him. As a teen and for the past forty years, I have wanted to be like him. All four of the guys have this sensitivity but Robert is actually singing it all out in a variety of different voices; the spoken, the melodic, the scream - so we guys are particularly attracted, I think he expresses our inner voices. Myself, I like to be like him, some swagger, some sensitivity, some humour.
Plant oozes sexy! He’s the total package, his humor seals the deal. Not every man has the voice the hair the body language & yes his great sense of humor.
@@helenespaulding7562 sure! If you’re doing it with buy a coffee, I don’t think you can respond to them through that you have to look for an email that was sent by them. But I’ll try to let them know. Theyre obviously overwhelmed with requests!
The fans were very important to the band. They made sure the fans got they money's worth by playing long sets with great professionalism and always with enjoyment. Every concert was a unique experience. Not that many years before Zeppelin, bands were playing setlists as short as 30 minutes. There were, sometimes famously, members of bands were were so drunk or drugged that they were incapable of performing. Fans deserved more for their money and Zeppelin always delivered more. The most famous moment was the Doors at the Seattle Pop Festival in 1969. A drunk/drugged Jim Morrison performed terribly, both as a singer and as a person. He lectured the audience who were had had enough. They wanted the Doors off stage and Morrison obliged. Support act Led Zeppelin rushed on stage and saved the day. Morrison deeply disliked Zeppelin after that but he had brought it on himself. There is no success without happy fans. Two years later Morrison was dead and Led Zeppelin were releasing Stairway to Heaven..
Good comment on you can't keep up with the song, that is why they start it with the 'we've done 4 already but now we're steady' lol, that is how the studio version starts, it was the fourth take just trying to get the start of the song

Also I remember hearing the song by Led Zepp " In My Time of Dyin " during my drug years and made me think about death and Jesus. Then a hippy friend that dug Jesus told me more of Jesus love and forgiveness and how I could also know Jesus love. So in 1981 I cried out to Jesus and wow man He came into my life and I had and have so much joy and peace and now know that through Jesus when I die I will be with Him in Heaven. Hey Jesus loves each of you also and yall can know Him if you are at all open. Just cry out to Him and a good question to ask yourself if you were to die today would you go to heaven ? And if yes why ? To find out more please read the Gospel of John in the Bible or check out the movie on RUclips. 😀
John Bonham is credited as the author of the song. It was completely new, from the recently released album Houses of the Holy. The band didn't really like the piece and it was never played at concerts again. The concert film "The Song Remains The Same", which was only released in cinemas in 1975 with the recordings of this concert, does not include "The Ocean".
