Lisbon is an amazing city but they still need to improve some tourist infrastructure, like getting to Cristo Rei on the Almada side of the Tejo. If it was easier to get to Cristo Rei, lots more people would make the trip. And no doubt the economy in Almada would benefit greatly. Locals never go to Cristo Rei because they know it's too complicated. I lived in Lisbon for years and only went there once. Making it on foot, up the steep hills in the heat...that's a typical Portuguese experience. It's your baptism by fire.

Ahh yes it was a little difficult to get to and it was aw well labeled, I got lost so much on the way up I couldn't imagine someone with a disability trying to make it up, but I am sure they will improve that in the near future! and thank you so much for taking the tile to leave a comment! enjoy the rest of your weelken
