Been using the Vu 55" GloLED since its launch days from last Diwali, and got to say it is a better package overall. Excellent picture quality and the 55" comes with 104W DJ speaker with woofer which makes dedicated HT speaker redundant. Supports dolby vision and Netflix / prime content in its format is a visual treat. Overall so much VFM in that price point.

The LG is IPS Display. I purchased it 2 weeks before. the offline model 7550, which is 35K (on-home price with magic remote - tilting wall mount set included). Considering the competition with 1k to 2k extra for the premium brand it is totally worth it. Also, IPS Panel is very much usable in a well-lit room like a more sunlight-receiving room. It has less brightness compared to the VA panel. But LG uses the top-end alpha processor here to make some magic. IPS panel also has good side viewing angle as well for wide space room. Also LG use Hard plastic for this panel so it is very thick. Please compare and buy.

Believe me, you have purchased the best tv. These so called tech channels are only good when you want to purchase Mobile or Laptop. Have no idea what LG and Samsung are capable of.. They put R&D and are not here to play ofc. Rupesh dont even know How good the display of Lg model is. When I saw channels like ShoppingBandhu and VM One, I realized, I was wrong. They consider VU, LG, SAMSUNG AND SONY to be the best brands. They put Display specs and reality head to head. So i can say you are so right in chosing this model.

Just go for the Redmi x43 I have been using it for about 3 months now .. trust me the viewing angles and picture quality is good also the sound quality is good you won't notice anything if you haven't used 70k+ priced tv.. yes it's that good. The only part I miss here is adaptive brightness.
Also before buying VU tv consider availability of service centers .. the after sales service demo and all of the redmi was good in my experience.
There are no lags in the tv
And of you are this much conserned about color tones you can always adjust it in setting 🙃 why all tech enthusiasts fails to mention this I don't understand.
Also consider using this tv on a wall mount as table top doesn't feel sturdy.
Also make sure you buy Redmi x43 not Xiaomi x43 it is a newer model but only 1.5GB ram and higher price
Only concern with Redmi x43 is you don't get software updates .. also you can always use fire tv stick if you need an update on OS .. but not needed
Apart from this I'm happy with Redmi x43 I got it for 23.5k

*Samsung Crystal 4K Neo* is by far the Best TV under this budget. on every sale, with card offers it goes well below 30k. I got it for 26k.
The colour reproduction is superb. Much better than any brand at this price segment.. Sound is good. Interfere is decent (although at this budget, I would prefer firestick because all interfaces are kinda laggy). The screen gets bright enough even for daytime watching.
The only thing I had issues with was viewing angles. if that's a concern one can skip it.
other than that its a brilliant product.
Also.. Samsung provides service in almost every corner of India. So that's a major advantage.

It would really help if you can compare after sales service details on the TVs as well.
I have a VU tv, I needed to get my TV repaired and raised a service request, Now my tv was almost 6 years old.
I got a reply from vu that the tv had crossed the end of life, which was 5 years so they wouldn't be stocking spare parts. This was shocking to me that for a home appliance they wouldn't have spare parts beyond 5 years.
It would be very helpful if you research from this angle as well, even though this detail has to be a user experience but some things can be brought to light like vu ask for a advance payment of 1000 not through a payment link but upi to a personal mobile number. They won't send a service personnel till you pay upfront to this shady payment option.

I researched a lot before buying this, so i would say if you are planning to buy a tv under 30K…just stretch your budget a little more and go for it. (additional cost for magic remote)
And yes it felt better than the samsung tv in this price range
