I usually don't like these kind of videos. But everything said was good and true information. Mentioning the deeper blacks and more 3D like image on the LG makes it superier over the QD OLED TVs, if high luminance colors aren't your main priority. I wanted to buy an A95L this year, but LG really did it this year with the G4. 🎉

Very nearly bought the Sony A95L until I realised the edge positioning of the stand meant I'd need new furniture to go with it. Someone at Sony thought "how can we sell fewer of our TVs". Bizarrely they have a solution on the 77" but not the 55 or 65"

Yeah, I want to buy one, but I’m also a little worried about that stand.
Might buy the LG C3 instead.

Because the vast majority of tv remotes work on IR, which is a technology that only works in line of sight. If you’ve lost your remote, it’s probably not in the line of sight of the tv.

Is there a big noticeable difference between the LG C3 and LG G3?
The 77" C3 costs $1900 rn and the 77" G3 is $3800 USD. There's no way the 2×$ is justified, right..?
The 65" G4 is $950 more than the 77" C3. Is it worth it to spend an extra grand on a little smaller G4 instead of the C3?

Very nice if you have deep pockets.
Having just reject an LG C3 for panel failure, the left was much darker than the right in only 2 weeks
of use, i think Sony will be my next choice.

Anything but LG, every one of their TVs that I’ve bought get dead pixels after a few months and it’s impossible to get LG to fix or replace them

We are using LG OLED models from 2018 and never had such issue we found LG Pixel Shift technology works fine to avoid burn in and dead pixels.

WebOS is slow as hell in my LG 55EG910V, but the panel itself from year 2015 looks and feels like new - after all these years!
Have been wishing it broke down, so i could justify a new TV, but wife doesn't want to scratch a working TV.

No, this lineup is all over the place G4 is the 2004 TV. The Sony TVs in this list is it 2023 so the Sony for 2024 is not even in the list. How could it be the best? It’s not the best LG is not the best . in fact, if you have the G3, you have the G4 are the same TVs when it comes to picture quality and performance, there are the same.
