Yes they do. Casa Lucky 8: Everything but the art on the walls. Casa Frida: Most things except most of the art on the walls, the colorful hutch in master bedroom, dishware in the kitchen, coffee table, arm chair and Frida wooden chair in the living room. We've also had a price reduction on both. Contact me at amanda@lakechapalarealty.com for more info on the properties.
Suggest to include whether homes are being sold furnished or not. On the first house, looking towards the lake, should one expect homes to be built there and limit the view?
Hi Dave, they both come furnished. Yes there is always a possibility of vacant land being built on and interrupting the view. Especially in the West Ajijic and San Juan Cosala area, as they’re becoming very popular alternatives to in-town urban living.
@@therealamandaturner Thanks for the info, one of my instant filters on property for sale is furnished or not. I came down here with just a suitcase and have no desire to purchase an unfurnished home. What caught my eye on the first house was the area right below it on the lake side that looks like it has been cleared. If that is for a new construction site it would have a big impact on the view.
Depends where you are in Mexico as to where you can get a better house THAN that in Mexico. Inflation and gentrification has been happening since the dawn of time in every part of the world. P.S. Mexico is North America.
Casa Frida price has been reduced to $269,000 usd. Casa Lucky 8 price has been reduced to $298,000 usd. At the original price of $315,000 usd for each property, and doing the math on total square feet including construction and land (3229f2), your cost per square foot is around $97 usd. With price reduction: Casa Frida = $83 usd per f2 Casa Lucky 8 = $92 usd per f2 If you want to know JUST the cost of construction, email me and I can give you information on what it costs to build in the area. amanda@lakechapalarealty.com
